Great app that offers a feature we think our customers will love and respond to. App integrated well with the theme and Ari was extremely responsive when we needed some guidance, even meeting a couple of custom needs quickly. Received the first gift order the same day we activated the app. Very happy with both the app and the excellent customer service!

Ari is prompt in solving the issues. He even called up to explain and fix promptly.

I have been doing a complex Shopify setup for a national food brand. They wanted to expand their bacon of the month services. And, allow customers to gift orders to third party recipients. We made over $10,000 in just a few weeks of using Gift Wizard. Like any app, there are sometimes kinks to work out. Off all the third party apps I installed in Shopify, ONLY Gift Wizard called me when I had an issue. Ari really cares. The product is outstanding. You can even send out cards (Example $10), to any subset of emails you desire. The cards only get transferred into Shopify when they are redeemed. I have 20 years experience in ecommerce software development. By far the best app I installed for my client. It is going to make my client happy. GREAT JOB GIFT WIZARD? And, especially Ari. You rock. If you want to sell online subscriptions, gift cards, or the ability to gift sales items to others, this is the app to us. They are also making it better all the time.

GiftWizard is the best app we found on Shopify for gifts and/or gift cards. Just what I needed to create better gifting experience for customers and more sales. Gift Wizard is great + easy to use.. I think it will easily pay for itself over the next month. I had trouble sending complimentary cards to customers, and Ari jumped on a call with me within 24 hours of emailing about the issue. Super awesome!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I encountered a couple problems when we first got the app but Ari was there to help me the entire way. We just got our first sale after pushing the app live, its going super smoothly. Totally recommend

UPDATE: Since writing my 1 star review just a few days ago, I have received 2 emails asking me to change/delete my review. Instead, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Regarding my issue on not responding to my email, they kept telling me that they were "too busy". Not my problem, and to be CLEAR, i was mad that he responded to my email 2 days after I sent it, not answering any of my questions. They did offer me a free subscription or something of that nature which I do not want since I found another app that only costs $7 a month and they set everything up for me just hours after installing it. I appreciate the offers, but asking someone to delete their review is unfair and to be honest pretty unprofessional.. And using the same "too busy" excuse over & over again is annoying. Maybe this app is good for other businesses but it's just not for me. This is how I feel, this is my opinion. Everyone has a different opinion. I would appreciate it if I did not receive any more emails after this. This review is for their horrendous customer service. I downloaded the app and am so confused about pricing, what the app offers and how it works. I figured I would just get the app then email them asking my questions since everyone says they are "sooo great with helping" ya right. I emailed Ari, asked 3 different questions and he responded a day later (which is way too long to wait) literally not answering any of them. I told him to re read my email and answer my questions since you literally didn't answer any of them. Now i have not heard back since. So annoyed since I wanted to get the gift cards out and on the site for holiday season. But now i am just going to cancel this overpriced app and download another one I have found. I wouldnt be surprised if i got a response to my email tomorrow after they see this review. over the app. 1 star is too much.

The features and process of this app could be made more clear / explicit, but after a few back and forth communications with Ari (and Mark), who were both helpful and easy to reach, I find it to be very good and easy to use. Strongly recommend!

Gift Wizard is super easy to add on to your store and we've seen a lot of people picking up extra products so they can gift them. Ari has been wonderful whenever we have had questions. Customer service is awesome! Highly recommend.

I am not technical at all and was having trouble getting things set up properly. Pretty much all of it was user error on my part. Ari spent all morning working with me and answering my questions and helping me edit things with lots of patience. If you want a gift card app with great customer service, this is the one.

Very helpful app! Does a nice job at making products instantly available as gifts. Sounds like they are adding more features that are coming out this week which we will use right away.
