AMAZING TO WORK WITH! Ari is wonderful and so accommodating, amazing app, amazing customer service!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE The app is great BUT what makes a great app, GREAT customer service... The app has so many features, customizable and easy to work with.... the installation was easy due to Ari and my Guru from Shopify! I don't know a lot about working code and working with the apps and that is why I would recommend this one! Thank you, Ari for all your amazing HELP! We will talk again soon :) :)

Ari's service is the best I have seen with any app, and his problem-solving skills are incredible. feels like i have another staff member on my team with him by email. the product is great too as it helps capture those last-minute shoppers for the holidays, and i think it will have many uses throughout the entire year as well. 5/5, my experience so far has been awesome

This app makes it easy for visitors to send your products as gifts, which in turn boosts sales. The GiftWizard support has been stellar, the installation was quick and the features work smoothly.

I love this app, it is perfect to give customers the option to send something as a gift and not only that, but the gift recipient can customize the gift before we ship it (which for us is great, because our items are all handmade by my husband and we need the correct wrist size, for instance). And now, with the addition of Gift Cards, it is even more amazing. Especially since Christmas is approaching, it gives us an even better chance to increase sales. Ari and team have been very supportive getting the app up and running in my store. The app has come a long way since the first time I tried it in December 2016. I have a lot of apps including some subscription recurring charge products that involved special integration. Gift Wizard has been with me all along and I am already seeing an increase in gift purchases on my site which is exactly what I wanted to see gearing up to the holidays! The only thing that has been an issue for me is the 2nd line on the shipping address. I recommend double-checking the entry if possible - I've caught a few but shipped a few other that ended up coming back to sender + headaches. The support team is looking into this issue but I was surprised that I was the only one having it. Also, I thought sending gifts via text looked a little spammy so I disabled that feature too. Team, thank you for your patience and time helping me "get it right" for my store! I hope that we can continue to have a solid relationship.

I contacted the support regarding my issue. And they got back to me very promptly and helped me to resolve the issue until it's done. Now, I look forward to seeing the app work on my site.

Ari was a lifesaver helping me to set up my E-Gift Cards. It was important that only the E-gift pages show the EG buy now button and Ari made it happen. Support is very responsive and I'm impressed.

Ari has been incredibly helpful in moving us through the process of integrating Gift Wizard with our Shopify store. Highly recommended!

Ari was amazing during my tutorial for the app! I sent a email and within 10 minutes, we were chatting. I can't wait to upload this app for my customers!

Great customer Service. DAY ONE... I was Little reserved with the limited features and the plans as i wasnt sure how this feature will be used. but they offered me all the features on Pro for longer than 7 days to a month to see how things go... then pay for the suitable plan. This way i can use all the features to GROW and MAKE MORE SALES rather than make NO SALES from lack of features. They Asked what kind of features i was looking for and what improvements can be made, This shows that they care for me to grow and knowing my needs helps them develop their app further. Stand Out Feature Compared to Competitors... 1.The app Installs Automatically with the buttons in the right places and matching your theme, so you dont need to manually install the snippets. 2. Thay care and listen to your needs and are still developing the app from your suggestions and ideas if not too impossible.. Overall i'm loving the features that lets my customers send the products to their friends as gifts with a E-Gift card by email or SMS. More Updates to come...

Finally, an app that gives you Gift Cards! Took me ages to finddddddd! Why is this so hard to do????? Great job guys, love it!

I love this app, I had some initial problems with it freezing on mobile but the developers were quick to resolve the issues as soon as I alerted them.

This is by far the best and most complete Gift Cards solution for Shopify. Ohh, and the customer service - Outstanding. Highly recommended.

We just loaded this app and with a little help from their team (Ari) we were up and running in a flash. I love that the app is simple yet has customization options you need to keep your brand consistent. And more so, I appreciate the excellent customer service, quick response and friendliness. Can't wait to share this app with other friends who run online stores too.
