The one feature we need (the ability to send a gift card directly to the recipient instead of having the customer forward it) is only available in the subscription plan that costs $69 more per month

Gift Wizard is fantastic, plus their support is awesome. Thanks to Ari I reinstalled my app and he gave me a deal that works with my budget. Ari did all the work I just sat back and let him do his thing. I would recommend this service to anyone with high remarks!

This app works great for those who have customers that want to send gifts. Above all else, the customer service that Ari delivers is top notch.

Ari and the GiftWizard team go above and beyond to ensure your success with this app. The way I justify the price is if I were to get Shopify's giftcard feature it would cost $50 more a month when this is only $13... The ability to show customers that they can give gifts right from the products is more enticing than simply a gift card because it shows that thought went into the gift but the recipient still has the option to exchange it. The best part is that you don't have to worry about a gift being sent to a customer that is going to be later returned because the end recipient will review the purchase and exchange it before it's shipped! We love working with Ari at GiftWizard! Initially we ran into quite a few bugs, but Ari was always quick to respond to our needs. But now that the kinks are worked out, GiftWizard works like a breeze. Once we customized the settings to reflect our brand, all we had to do is watch the app work for us. The process is automated from beginning to end, sending emails at every step of the way keeping us and the customer up to date on the gifting progress. There are no worries about losing track of the order at all. GiftWizard is simple to use whether you are the customer or the merchant. The customer service is amazing too; fast and on point. The GiftWizard team has been incredibly supportive & helpful all along the way, informing us of updates & new features when needed as well as replying promptly to any requests we may have had in the meantime. Ari has been infinitely responsive & attentive from the very beginning. The gifting system makes things easy for customers to place orders for friends & family, we definitely recommend it if you're looking for a great gifting feature or a pay-it-forward type of option. :)

Installed this app way back on one of my stores. I'm so glad they reached out and told me about their new Gift Card feature! Finally, a way for my clients to send out gift cards directly to recipients! Can't believe it hasn't been done before! Way to answer a real need guys. And adding app sell options to the Gift Card email is an amazing new touch I'M LOVING IT!

Just installed the trial version of this app today. I already am so impressed not just with the app but with the customer service from Ari. I asked for a little tweaking to the app to better suit my needs, and Ari was on it right away. I will leave further comments about the actual app once all the modifications are made and I can see it all live !!

Gift Wizard have good concept. The customer service is fast but sometimes misunderstand in communication. Still highly recommend.

Loved the concept! Letting recipients get store credit for unwanted gifts will definitely make their life easier and stop me from having to deal with returns! They just told me I can also upload my own greeting cards, joy!
