Adam on live chat support is a life saver! managed to help me out big time installing code into my store as I have no experience. Not very clued up computer wise but the overall set up and customisation of widgets, email templates etc is quick, efficient and very manageable. A lot of options of customisable widgets and look forward to being able to track my reviews effortless. thank you would definitely recommend.

Preis-Leistung ist wirklich top! Wir hatten vorher trusted Shops für die Shop Bewertungen und judge.me für die Produkte. Nun haben wir beides in einem für einen wirklich tollen Preis. Toll ist auch, dass wir Reviews.io auch mit Klaviyo verbinden können und hier die Bewertungsabfragen raus senden können. Was nicht ganz optimal ist, ist das unser Shop wenn wir alle möglichen Banner online haben an Page Speed verliert. Der Start war bei uns auch etwas holprig, da die Entwickler am Live Theme gearbeitet haben und manche Bewertungen dann doppelt und dreifach angezeigt wurden. Man muss allerdings sagen, dass das Team dann schnell reagiert hat und das Problem gelöst wurde.

Really good company to work with. Review companies can be so expensive, but reviews.io offer a good level of service with great value. Easy to dela with and quick to respond to any queries.

I somehow messed up the codes and it was displaying on my website. I reached out the support team, Daniel, and he was SUPER helpful in getting it fixed. He not only fixed what I had messed up, he downloaded the widget to get the reviews to display on my website. Great experience.

The customer service is second to none, Daniel just walked me through adding the reviews to our home page......... if I can do this then anybody can. Highly recommend this app for reviews.

I have been chatting for over 2 hours, asking for help setting up reviews.io app and influence. The chat was getting me nowhere and sadly they refused to switch to a call or zoom unless I had paid for a professional plan.

We're really happy with the constant, quick, and great support the team is providing whenever we need help! The app runs great on our website and there are many options to choose from.

We have made the switch from Trustpilot for our service reviews and JudgeMe for our product reviews so they can be handled via one platform. Plus REVIEWS.io is packed with useful widgets and tools to help show off our reviews. A big thank you to Daniel, Kai, Maddox, Nancy and the rest of their team for helping set everything up.

Smooth sales up front with all the right speak and shiny objects with promise of integrating the 4 apps involved in the upsell. The reality? Ridiculous onboarding experience and promised walk through phone call scheduled at one month interval for each app. Ridiculous.
