Absolutely no customer service there. I uninstalled their app and there is still code on my website. After 3 days no respons at all on a question I've send. Pffff

We loved Reviews.io and have used them for years. No longer.. I'll be removing this app from all of our websites (12). They refuse to import the 670 VERIFIED reviews I had from an old website(s). However, they were perfectly fine adding and publishing Russian spam reviews. How their "trust standards" missed that I don't know.

We chose this app for our company reviews. We were surprised how many other modules the app offers. Maddox from the reviews.io team helped us incredibly with the installation in our store. And everything looks great. We highly recommend the app.

This is one of the best reviews services we found, it looks great too. Support is very much on point, if a little slow.

Excellent support! No matter what time of day I contact Reviews.io support for assistance, I get an almost instant response. I've dealt with four members of the support team over the past week and each of them is knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

Great support, so fast, very trustworthy. You can definitely rely on their support. It took me two days to solve a problem, but it only took them 15 minutes to solve it.

NOT user-friendly at all! If you are trying to switch over from the Shopify Reviews system (which we've had in place for 6 years!) this company's system does NOT coordinate with the export file provided by Shopify to import your current stores reviews. When I attempted to follow the Reviews.io instructions for import, I was told by their associate that I would have to go through 6 years worth of reviews and manually make *each and every review* and line item workable to their system. Reviews.io might be fine if you are brand new company wishing to implement a review system to your store, but they definitely need to update their program and make their system work with Shopify if they want to gain customers who already have reviews on the Shopify platform.

We are still very new, but customer support via chat has been excellent (kudos to Madox, Tina and Nancy) . Customer support via email never replied to any of our concerns, not even once.

Very happy with Reviews.io. It integrates well with Shopify and their customer service is excellent.

The team is solid at Reviews.io and we are pleased with the functionality and flexibility of the site and the results we get from use. The variety of widgets and display options is better than most any other app of it's kind. It is very deep, so be prepared to spend an adequate amount of time setting it up. Support is very quick and very knowledgeable.
