The worst reviews app. Their flows do not work, so you will be missing months of potential reviews, and they are not accountable for their mistakes. On top of that they dont give you back the reviews collected when you switch platforms, basically they steal your private information, even the ones you imported when you started using the app. Its a FRAUD I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with our product and customer service. SUCH a good app. We use almost all of the widgets from REVIEWS.io. They're great at showcasing our products. The service is always incredible.

The integration has great features with Shopify and the quick support is fantastic.

This company appears to be run by Bots/AI - it is impossible to speak with anyone - the app DOESN'T work and you simply get fobbed off again and again

I had an issue that needed resolving, and the support team was exceptional. The representative I worked with was very helpful and kind. He listened to my concerns and provided a solution quickly and efficiently.
