We have been using Reviews.io for some time, but unfortunately, it's time for a change. While reviews are a crucial aspect of any small business, and negative feedback can be a powerful motivator for improvement, Reviews.io seems to prioritize the consumer's perspective at the expense of the retailer's fair representation. We have repeatedly encountered situations where customers have posted reviews with incorrect information or outright falsehoods. When we've requested these reviews to be removed or moderated, Reviews.io has consistently refused to act, leaving us, the retailers, unfairly exposed and unable to present our side of the story. We do respond however the damage false reviews causes our small business is sometimes irreversible. A review platform should ensure a balanced and fair approach for both consumers and businesses. Unfortunately, Reviews.io does not provide this balance, making it clear that our interests are not being protected. With numerous alternatives available at a much lower cost, we are seriously considering switching to a service that values fairness and transparency for both parties involved. Reviews can only be removed if extreme, in my opinion, criteria is met (vulgar language, spam/advertising, off-topic, and conflict of interest). There is NO option for fake reviews or false information in the review. None whatsoever. I am aware that Reviews.io might claim to be the superior choice, but when they leave retailers hanging out to dry, such claims are irrelevant. Our account renewal is coming up in a few months, and we are actively exploring better options.

We are happy with reviews.io Once the automated reviews are set-up one can be sure that this topic is crossed of the list. The support is swift and helpful. Have used them a lot and never had a bad experience. Some of the features are not optimally efficient yet (like not being able to one-click sort the list of pending invitations for e.g. order numbers or invitation dates) but those are minor compared to having to do that all manually. So we recommend using reviews.io.

I'm extremely satisfied with the Reviews app. It’s incredibly useful for allowing customers to see others' opinions. We encountered a few issues, but Adam resolved them promptly and was very kind throughout the process. We are very pleased with his customer service and would definitely recommend Reviews.

One of the few applications with a Polish language version on Shopify. Great support, responds quickly and is very helpful. EDIT: When I upgraded to a higher package, I was treated unprofessionally. Simple bug fixes take months. Also, after upgrading, I lost access to several features I had on the lower package. Think twice before you choose this company. EDIT2: After a few more weeks of waiting for the introduction of a couple of translations that are simply wrong in Polish and reminding the support about it, the chat function for reporting problems simply disappeared :) We were abandoned. I will add another update in some time. Greetings

Used it in several stores by now and am fully convinced that this is by far the best review app there is. You might start with another but if things progress everyone I am in contact with switches to Reviews.io. Great support, superior product and fair pricing (from free for those who start and all the way to scaling companies).

THEY OWN OUR REVIEWS! The worst thing is that if we want to export our reviews, we have to upgrade to the 90€ plan, which is insane. Customer support doesn't answer their emails, and chat is not available. It's one of the best review apps, but it's highly overpriced—I wouldn't switch to them if I hadn't already.

Edit: The team reached back out and offered to make an exception for me to upload my reviews. I was about to move forward, however the reviews from Fera need extensive formating because Fera does not include the order ID in their template at the time of writing this. (also the formating is only necessary if I would like my reviews validated on google.) I will not have the time to do this formating before relaunch so i will go with another app. However, review.io customer service has been great at resolving issues. And of all the review apps in terms of functionality, reviews.io continues to be one of the best if not the best. I reached out to support to inquire about uploading my genuine reviews from fera prior to my RElaunch. They told me that i have to finish my trial before they can help me upload my reviews. and i told them that i can not wait that long because the site is closed (hence the relaunch) and we have to TEST to make sure the mailchimp integrations work. I can't just wait 7-15 days to use the app. And if i'm uploading my reviews to your app wouldn't it make sense that i would likely stay after as a long term customer!!

This service was great at the beginning, but after reaching out for a solution fix on our carousel displaying reviews less than 5 stars and not getting a fix for 4 weeks - we will be migrating to another platform at this time
