Updating my review since we recently revamped our entire Referral Candy templates. Our Referral Conversion Rate is pretty strong and is a great way to get new fans of our products. Most recently I received help from Lorraine and she was a great help, saved me hours and hours of work on my own.

Their customer service is awesome, especially Karen, they not only solve your issues, also give you some powerful suggestions.

Dwight was really helpful and responded fast just when we needed it. HE helped us with Mailchimp sync and contacting them solved the problem fast.

Benz from customer service has been an amazing support in setting up our account (& fast!). Their product is great and versatile (Klaviyo integration, multilangual, etc) and their customer support is top-notch. Highly recommended!!
