Given that we just launched our campaign I cannot comment on the performance yet but the Customer Service has surpassed my expectations. Derek has been responsive, informative, and overall a great resource while setting up our program. He went above and beyond making sure I could customize to meet our company needs. I look forward to seeing how the campaign performs.

We just launched our Referral Candy program and I had some questions about the timing of the advocate reward. I reached out via chat and Karen was so helpful! She was able to quickly & clearly provide me with an answer.

Have just integrated this - so I have not been able to fully try it out yet but I had a number of questions on integration and setup (since we have a unique product + subscription) and Derek from customer service was super helpful! He helped me continuously until we sorted it out and set up the program the way I wanted to.

Referral Candy still the best referral program app out there. Definitely there's room for improvement and their support is aware of it as they keep improving the app and service. Very responsive support and Jon has always been super helpful

This is our first time launching a referral program on our website and ReferralCandy and Adam have made it an easy, straightforward process from start to finish. Adam was on hand to help guide our integration and settings from day one and enabled us to launch in record time. We would highly recommend.

The app is really great. It works great and has helped me increase my sales. I had some initial difficulties in connecting to the site, but the assistance immediately helped me to solve the problem and for this I thank the assistant Dwight who helped me.

Great App and outstanding support. Dwight Salagsag helped me quickly and friendly with a minor issue. Def highly recommended to increase sales and improve customer loyalty.

App is looking good so far. There is a bit of a learning curve so I would suggest contacting the help desk professionals. Derek is the agent that helped me and was the bomb.com answering all my questions. Very patient and fun to work with.

Only just started using this but seems simple and easy. Had a few questions + Dwight in customer service was extremely friendly and helpful (only 4 stars as haven't had much chance to test it out yet)

We have been searching for a referral program for awhile and ended up with RC. After logging in on my own I was having issues navigating and building out all our communications and understanding the integration. Thankfully I used the "chat" option and Karen popped up as my saving grace! She was concise, friendly, and SUPER easy to work with and walked me through everything without ever making me feel like my questions were stupid. Thanks to her we were able to build out quickly versus what would have taken me days while I explored. Highly recommend working with their service team to get you up and running quickly!

I've been using this app for 4 months and it works very well. 5 star to the customer service, Mardie, Jon and Derek helped me to solve some issue and to use all the functionality of the app

Currently, for personal reasons of the company, we have chosen not to use the program even though it is great. The customer service that Mardi gave along the way in trying to work with the program was full of listening, patience and accessibility. When the company will be able to operate with the program I will contact Mardi directly knowing that she can give me all the answers and help we need.

Very helpful and easy to use. Also the support team is great ! Karen answered quickly and really helped me resolving the problems I encountered so I'm really satisfied !

Had some issues setting up a few emails but Jon was really helpful...great to get such a quick response and solution. Many thanks
