I'm yet to go live with my Recharge subscription, but I have been working with it for the last month to get things set-up in the back end. My use case is a little more complex than most, as I am selling a digital product on a monthly basis. I have used Recharge and Klaviyo to set this all up and am really happy with how it's working. The integration with the 2 apps was smooth and the team at Recharge have been fantastic during this set-up process. I have reached out a number of times for very specific things I needed help with and the responses have always been great and very helpful - and also very quick. I now have my subscription set up exactly how I wanted and feel confident that when I launch everything should work well.

I had a problem with another agent that was unable to understand the simple problem that was preventing us from logging into our account. As soon as Dora was assigned to our case, she provided the fix instantly and we were back in. She's great.
