We just launched Recharge on our store and it was not easy because of our ERP system. We had to tweak the migration plan due to this but Vinse Ridecour has helped us so much and the launch was successful. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and we're very happy he was our launch engineer! He responded to our emails no matter what time of the day, even on his vacation. Thank you so much! I had a question about the amount of charge retry's a customer would have before their card wouldn't be charged anymore- and after those tries max out if I had to manually retry their purchased order for them. I received my answer right away from great customer service with large detail

The app is great for relatively simple subscription models. More a fault of Shopify than this app's developers, but things can get very convoluted very quickly due to multiple duplicate products being created. Their support is great, however, so any hiccups we've had were taken care of through support. I could only give 4 stars though, because with the number of times we've had to contact support, it feels like charging $300/mo for enhanced support is somewhat extortionate. They are overall pretty timely (usually 1-2 business days), however.

Warning, installing this app will immediately inject code snippets into your theme that will display content on the front end. Even after removing the snippets, we encountered a compatibility with paypal express checkout that generated a liquid error: internal and took a while to find and solve. Proceed with caution.
