Great app, good support (mostly / sometimes takes some days/weeks to reveice an answer). Ive been using Recharge for some years now as a Pro customer. I like it´s flexibility and the support, which mostly answers quite quick. However, I hope there will be features available in the future for Shopify´s multi-country-pricing & multi-currency support.

We use this app to manage our subscriptions and while it is mostly awesome, the response time from the service team is definitely lacking. It can take days to get a response to simple inquiries or even when trying to upgrade service or support.

The overall app experience is pretty straightforward and easy to use. I do wish there were more robust analytics functionalities but I believe the team is working on that. In terms of service, Gordon has been great in being proactive on how to get our store up and running. We are anxiously waiting for recharge sms for non Shopify Plus stores!

After meticulously reviewing my subscription program he worked with his team to make sure my program would work exactly as I needed it to. He was very patient with all of my requests and made sure every question I had was answered. If you run a small (tiny) business and are looking to add a subscription component to your offerings, I HIGHLY recommend you give ReCharge a chance. If you have any issues, they will be more than accommodating and happy to help!
