We use the app since 9 months and run close to $100k per month over it. Technical support is very good. However, very disappointed with the way Recharge handles key account management. We have contacted account exec several times. No / hardly no answer. We complained. No answer. We requested change of account exec. No answer.

ReCharge is very powerful app with brilliant integrations to key platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo. ReCharge support is always extremely helpful and special shout out to Gordon, a brilliant account rep helping me optimize our entire subscription performance.

Kevin, Alex and Bryan have provided excellent customer support on several recent issues. They are very quick to respond, friendly, very helpful and professional. Great customer service!

We have been using this app for several years now and every once in awhile we run into a glitch which needs to be resolved by Recharge. Juan's support today was exceptional! He went above and beyond in both explaining and resolving our issues. I have been communicating with Recharge customer service for years now, but Juan is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He was patient, kind and thorough and checked back with me to make sure that everything was correctly implemented. This is customer service at its best!

Working with Recharge is a refreshing change from most Saas experience I've had. Patrick helped answer my question directly and quickly, and I was able to keep going on my site without having to wait.
