Amazing customer support. Easy integration. Can't speak more highly of Recharge compared to other competitors.

Bryan from support helped us really fast. He literally sent screenshots with a step by step of what we had to do to solve an issue for one of our customers. Recharge support overall is very good, every time we have an issue they respond pretty quickly and help us solve the problem.

We are using ReCharge for two of our brands' website. Onboarding for the second website was smooth, Hazel P. is awesome and helped to solve ongoing problems. I recommend ReCharge for businesses who want to add subscription to their website.

We have been using Recharge Apps for over 3 years and it does everything we need it to do and more. Support has been incredible since day 1. Upgraded our theme this month and the transition has been smooth. Noticed an issue this week and Recharge provided us with 5 hours of free development to fix it, Nick from e-shop genius fixed it incredibly quickly and now everything is running again. Chris was very helpful and very responsive when inquiring about the checkout migration. He made sure we were speaking to the right people and didn't hesitate to offer additional help when needed.

Recharge is always extremely helpful with any issues I might have and quick to respond. All of my questions are always answered as well, great customer service.

Great, sharp and fast job when I asked for a support. :) My recharge app was in need of a new parametrisation when change for frequency and days of the week.

Recharge is a sophisticated app within Shopify that enables subscription products to be sold, managed and edited with relative ease. The customer support they offer is excellent and Juan was very helpful in assisting with my query. From a technical perspective there are some improvements that could be made, namely making importing bulk discount codes into Recharge for the client themselves.

We had a number of customers who had their payments stalling as PENDING. Chris looked into this for me and was really helpful and solved my issue very fast and fuss free

Easy to set up and manage, especially as a young store working to grow its subscription base on a monthly basis.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get fooled by their positive reviews. This app is an evil. Their customer service is awful. A pure waste of time and money. Read NEGATIVE REVIEWS first.

A+ subscription app. Highly customizable if you want, or great out of the box. I recommend getting a support package if you want to do some customization. Support team is A+, very smart with Shopify

Have just setup and received some great and prompt support from Lia for a few minor tweaks. Look forward to seeing it in action but it shows nicely in the store front so very happy so far

We have had multiple issues with customer accounts lately and Shayaan was AHHHHHMAZING in helping figure out what happened with this customer in addition to providing examples and an explanation. This is so helpful for us to further troubleshoot similar scenarios before reaching out to your team. Shayaan was also very nice in the process, didn't come off in any other manner than extremely nice and positive!
