Been with them for a few years now across a couple of brands and makes navigating the tricky Amazon platform much easier. 10 x better than uploading spreadsheets. Everything seamlessly integrates with Shopify so sales are all in the same place. Customer services are really on it too. Shout out to Vuk!

(We were on this platform more than 2 years) Recharge is a nice platform with a potential. The problem is that this solution make a lot of mistakes in case of creating orders with correct information. Constantly swaping SKUs, porduct names. Customer Dashboard is really hard to setup and keep it in design you want. Also if you want any changes like product swap or price change. The only option is to change it in the customer export, send it to hem, wait 5 days and hope it is correctly made (which wasnt in most cases). If the cost would be 1/10, i would be okay with that, but not in this case.

I can't say enough good things about Recharge! Easy set-up, simple navigation in the admin portal, great 'help' articles. Our customers can easily manage their subscriptions (we use the Novum theme), and Recharge is always adding great new features. But most of all, their support staff is stellar - very thorough, and they always include screenshots. Highly recommended. Pro tip: make sure to enable cc of all customer notifications to a folder in your inbox. This has really helped us out when disputing chargebacks.

We use Shopify and Recharge for all of our sales transactions. We had some issues with Recharge when they were changing things around. I contacted the support team because some of the changes didn't work for us. The support team was FANTASTIC!! I worked a lot with Renata and she was so great at listening to our needs and making changes again that would work with our business and customers. Every time I have contacted them for any issue, they have been 1) HUMAN!!! 2) Great at listening and communicating and 3) Following up. The app itself is not always user friendly when you want to make even simple changes to notifications or how the app interfaces with your theme. It helps to have a developer to reach out to. If you've already got one you'll be fine because the actual functionality and options available for your specific needs are plenty and generally easy to understand. The support team has been really helpful in getting any of my concerns solved or questions answered. We haven't gone live yet but we will be this week as the last few adjustments are now done thanks to Milenas help. Update: With a lot of new features like bundles you have much more flexibility than before but it can also make explaining your setup to the team a bit more confusing. Be as clear as you can and send examples. The support is fantastic. It's what makes recharge stand apart from the crowd. They also keep adding more and more features so your options are continually opening up. It's great to have them helping out behind the scenes.

It's done about half of what I expected it to. I switched to it from Bold Subscriptions V1 which was pretty awful. I was thinking that since ReCharge was the market leader, it would be better, but it's just given me different problems. Many of our subscribers didn't make it over, there's a lot of duplication of subscriptions on the ones that came over, and generally I still don't think the portal aspect is working. Also, despite being natively within the Shopify checkout now, it does not work with Local Pickup and Local Delivery functionality.
