They also stayed with me until the issue was resolved. I have been really impressed with the ReCharge support team and the ReCharge Migrations support team.

Updated Review: Buyer beware!!! I was very happy with recharge until they significantly increased the monthly cost of the app without any notification whatsoever. We went from paying around $8/month to paying $118/month, and if I did not keep a close watch on the company's finances then this would have gone unnoticed, greatly affecting our bottom line. I understand that costs increase, but to not send out any sort of notification and to try to sneak it by is extremely upsetting. Do not download this app unless you are willing to risk a 100% cost increase without any notice. Old review: I love recharge! It works great with my store and the customer service is awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone considering!

Moved from Skio and it took alot longer than I expected. Jairus was good and nice but left our site with a laggy add to cart and our subsription portal is now not working for our customers so I have had to manually do it for the past week. Would have been much easier staying with skio

Without a doubt the best subscription app on Shopify. Still has space for improvement, specially in regards to the Bundles feature. However Recharge has improved a lot in terms of adding new features the last year.

We have used a few different subscription apps and got a recommended recharge form a marketing agency when our current vendor failed to deliver. At the start, we were looking at 10k of dollars in implementing recharge but thanks to the support of John M from the Customer Service team, we successfully implemented the app by ourselves self saving loads of money! They went the extra mile to help us with customizations on our theme to make recharge even more efficient. - These guys don't mess around with top-notch US-based support, that's a rarity these days.

We've been using Recharge for a while now. It works better than other subscription software we have had. I will say I find their help documentation generally confusing - like it's written for someone more tech minded. However, their customer support usually responds within 24 hours and is helpful.

We initially had issues with the app and our ability to view customer information within shopify. I am happy to report that ReCharge DID fix the issue and we are now able to do all of the functions through shopify as promised. This app is very user friendly for the end user and places automatic subscription orders while sending customers a notification with time to allow them to increase, reduce, swap, cancel, or update before each order is placed. It also allows us to adjust the order for the customer as they sometimes request. I've gone from frustrated to impressed. I thank ReCharge for working out a fix and for sticking with it. This review update is my thanks for their hard work and for making it happen. UPDATE: 2/7/24: After several years of recharge use, recharge has gone from a fee structure designed to make money with you as you grow, to a structure designed to make money off of you. With an increase of over 1000%, even good customer service like described above, does not compensate for corporate greed. Goodbye Recharge.
