I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. This is specifically about support, not much experience with the workings of the app itself yet. I was having trouble reading and comprehending all the information on the upcoming Shopify Checkout Integration. Got on support and Ola was totally professional and courteous in walking me through my questions bit, by bit, by bit. Some she reasonably couldn't address. Greatly appreciate them.

Juan gave excellent customer service and solved our issue very quickly.

We have been using ReCharge since 2020 and are impressed with the improvements made over that time. Our interaction with the support team is rare since the app runs pretty well, but when we need extra help we always reach out to Nick at e-shop Genius to take care of any custom tweaks. He is always responsive and takes care of anything we need. Cheers!
