Paul was of great help to me, although the app is difficult to use without assistance. I just downloaded it so will see how effective it works with time

I have only been using this app for a short time, but it is so worth it!!! We have encountered a few issues with the setup and issues that have come up since. But don't worry because they have one of the best tech supports I have dealt with. This time Vincent helped me understand why an issue was happening and he helped explain why its happening and what to do if it does happen again.

So far I'm impressed! Lots of options for how you want to integrate which my accountant appreciated and the online support from Paul was very good and helped explain things in an easy to understand way

Rafael did a great job helping me. The app has some drawbacks but they are quick with their response. Rafael was very prompt. Much appreciated. In addition, Rominick spent a lot of time solving another problem. Great service.

Just getting started with the integration between Shopify and Quickbooks online. Rafael was very responsive in helping with a syncing issue.

Vincent has been helpful and good knowledge. but other team from support are useless. Had another person name Nona , a complete time waste , utterly slow. Re : App it has lots of limitation as one big flaw > you can’t batch edit products. A very simple feature with all similar apps provide but this one. Shopify integration needs a lot more improvements. All products in QB imported are non inventory and to change them to inventory I was suggested to do one by one A complete nuisance ! No guidelines from anyone to import - export from and to QB ( using or making some fields based on Shopify requirements ) I wanted to give more than 4 stars but considering few features as mentioned above I would rate 2 at this stage. Let’s see if I hear from anyone from serious about all this and can fix

Amazing app, but more importantly amazing Support. Vincent helped me today address several issues with the configuration, super prompt service and in-depth knowledge!

App works as advertised. I am the business owner, and not an accountant. I reached out to support and Rominick was very helpful and patient. He spent about 40 minutes with me in chat answering 3 very involved questions. He also stepped me through how to change settings and extended the sync date with Shopify back 10 weeks to pull in more orders. Highly recommend!

The connection between QBO and Shopify works well once it's set up right. Sherwin was able to fix connection issues very fast! Great support!

Shervin helped me in configuration and now all is working really fine. App is nice and will multiply functionality.

I tried to integrate Shopify with QuickBooks, sadly it changes all my Shopify inventory and I had to manually check all items in stock and recorrect the quantities.

Ronnie was awesome at helping me figure out how to get my Shopify/Quickbooks integration started. He sent me instructions for how to do a CSV export/import for all of my old sales prior to enabling the automation workflows.

It could be really tricky to do it yourself and the best way is to get your accountant to guide you with the whole process. You need to have proper knowledge of accounting in order to integrate it. But Ronnie was really helpful in guiding me through some of it. So, Yah !

The product can be complicated to set up, the guide assumes you know accounting really well so you may want to get your accountant to help you set it up. I just wish they had the option to have screen sharing because that would saved us a TON of time sharing screenshots. It would be nice now that Intuit bought OneSass because there are times when having a QBO expert available would have made troubleshooting issues easier. If you run into problems with data imported you may need to get Transaction Pro app add-on because that's the only way you will be able to do bulk deletes of data that's imported. The support you get really depends on who answers your chat request, but usually, it's good. If you get DEAN then you have it made! He is amazing! Probably one of the best support people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thanks Dean!!!

Karol is amazing and helped me figure out how to properly sync shopify and quickbooks. It was a little confused at first, but she asked the right questions to make sure it was properly set up.

I used this app to integrate Shopify to QBO. It is a little complicated in the set-up. The support was Excellent - shout out to Rafael. It would be great if product images mapped over. After you fix that, see if you can get all tax authorities to agree on a nice and easy rate;)

Vincent helped me with the integration. There were some errors that came up but he helped troubleshoot and resolve the issues. It is working! The real time support was very helpful. Vincent on their integration team was friendly and knowledgable.

Needed customer support regarding VAT and Karol was so helpful in resolving my issue and answering my many questions about the software integration.

Love this app! Saves me so much time by syncing orders with Quickbooks online. Chat support is great
