Dean was great - helped me quickly fix what I was sure was a major problem that was going to lead me to have to cancel Quickbooks.

I've tried to use this app in the past and was sooo frustrated. I am happy I gave it a second chance. Our books are looking better and better. I still needed alot of help and Rominick was patient and helped with all of the errors. Thank you

It's a very detailed sync app with lots of options. But the real difference was the customer service team. Vincent helped me out on a chat for an hour. He was the only customer I was speaking to and got really fast replies and he was very knowledgeable. He saved my time from reading all the instructions:)

Just started with this product and had a great experience with Rominick the online chat agent. Helped with a historical data sync and answered all of my questions quickly and patiently.

This app has helped with the integration of QB and Shopify and saved the time of manually inputting invoices. There are some steps that need to be taken to ensure the merging is all done properly but they have a great support team that walks you through whatever you need help with. Rominick was a great help to getting me through the issues I was faced with.

Excellent service from Paul! He patiently listened to my issues, walked me through solutions, and remotely resolved everything. I'm confident we're starting our store opening on the right foot now. Thanks, Paul!!

I contacted support to help me resolve issues with the integration of my Shopify data into QuickBooks online. Rominick walked me through the process, resolved all the issues and helped me complete the integration. Although it required multiple steps, he walked me through them. I am very satisfied with the service.

Simply does not work. Incredible that a native app by QuickBooks fails to connect to QuickBooks, i tried 2 days not a single invoice or a costumer was imported.
