I couldn't figure out how to connect and fix something but i got a super easy and fast answer from Ronnie. Really quick respond time and very easy to follow his guide to fix the issue!!!!

Just started with it. Looks like it will solve our process challenge and the help was good on Chat. Had a guy named Vincent who went through some areas I struggled with and helped me fix them and helped my understand them.

Excellent customer support! I was having a couple of minor issues in the integration to QBO. Rafael quickly understood the issues and worked to resolve them quickly.

For an app like this it is important to have good customer service and they do a great job. Benielle really helped me out

UPDATE 1/14 - David was very helpful this morning with our shipping issue. Support for the app is always fast and thorough. Thanks again! Sherwin was helpful as usual when I need questions answered. I've been on with support multiple times and each time they are courteous and quick.

Sherwin was incredibly fast and helpful in fixing an issue we had with synching our orders. He fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes and got us back up and running. Great and rapid service!

Sherwin is the bomb! He sorted me out faster that I could Google the problem in a different tab. The bloke deserves a pay raise.

easy to configure - the best shopify-QBO integrator out there. Support is excellent. Benielle helped solve a minor issue.

I was having trouble at first doing the integrations but Vincent was able to transfer both my shopify and Etsy orders. Great customer service

Vincent was so helpful. I struggled a lot to get the account to connect and he had many strategies to help!

This app has synchronised my Shopify sales with Quickbooks online. Sherwin was a great support in helping me understand a rectifying my initial errors in the setup process.

I had issues syncing my shopify and QBO, Sherwin helped with step by step instructions on how to resolve the issue and also gave me great insight on other things I can do with these two programs working together.

Vincent at support was very patient and helpful! He was able to ask good questions and understand my needs while providing clear instruction with screenshots.

Rominick was a huge help backdating my refunds! Great customer support and the app works great! Highly recommended!

Customer service is so helpful. Rominick stuck with me through all of my questions and confusion until everything was set up the way i asked. 100% would reccomend

I was having an issue with an error code on syncing and Rominick was able to solve my issue quickly. Another error came up in the process and Rominick was able to solve that as well!

Sherwin helped me this morning to correct all my workflows so that everything is running smoothly. He was polite, quick and very helpful.

Best QB integration available! Support is also excellent, responsive and helpful! I asked a TON of questions, and Dean was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. My one complaint is that orders sync over at full price with discounts applied to a separate account in QB. I would love to have it sync at the discounted price (for each product) so that I can monitor gross margin by product in QB (showing the net price that the product sells for).

I was helped by a gentlemen named Paul. He walked me step by step connecting shopify to QBO. The process was foreign to me and he patiently explained things and provided step by step instructions towards accomplishing the goal. I am so grateful for his help, someone give this man a raise!
