Had an issue when connecting shopify to quickbooks but Benielle was able to diagnose the issue and help me fix it!

Rafael helped me fix my problem right away. Fantastic service. I've just started using the app - so far it seems to be working very well. Much better than shopfiy to quickbooks integrations I've tried in the past. Rominick was also very helpful! He was quick and courteous and solved my issue promptly.

I used this app for QBO integration from shopify - going from Desktop to QBO. During the process I worked with Dean and Lori - both of which were very helpful. The only additional thing I wish the app would sync is the charges from Shopify is the actual shipping cost and app fees charged by Shopify. I still have to manually enter in my shipping cost and cost for apps that Shopify bills me for.

The integration with quickbooks is great and the customer support is really amazing. Sherwin was quick to help resolve our issues and provide guidance on how we could better utilise quickbooks

I had trouble syncing my inventory to Quick Books from Shopify and ended up duplicating everything smh. I messaged in the chat box at the lower right hand corner of the screen and Ronnie was with me right away. Ronnie fixed the issue and unblocked my transactions from syncing as well. Super service! 10/10

Vincent was amazing in helping me integrate shopify and quickbooks. He helped me with all my concerns.

Paul was great to help me figure out an issue where we accidentally deleted some already synced transactions. He was able to resync everything and get us back up and running. Great customer service! The QuickBooks Connector app is so convenient and makes the bookkeeping run a lot smoother.

Rominick provided excellent customer service and was able to resolve all of our issues in no time at all! However, it would be more convenient if users could un-sync and re-sync data on our end instead of having to contact support to do so.

Sherwin was very helpful in assisting me with the sync transfer of a large amount of data from my Shopify site that hadn't been transferring with the other program I had set up to use! Thanks for the help!

Setup wasn't too difficult. I started getting one error and Rominick on the chat helped me get through it immediately. Everything seems to be working fine now and automates our accounting for Shopify orders and inventory.

UPDATE 1/4/22: Rafael helped us with a follow-up issue and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much! Troy has been instrumental is resolving the issues we encountered after we went through the integration. I thought a workable solution might not be possible. I explained each issue to Troy and he handled the additional configurations from his end. There is one item I have to fix inside of Shopify, after which Troy told me to reach out and he could perform a refresh to finalize it. This worked out amazingly and in less than time than expected. Thanks again Troy!

I contacted customer service to enquire and get help and Sherwin was fast and efficient and helped me with what I needed. If all of their customer service is as great as his I would 100% recommend.

This app saves our company time and makes order processing and accounting much more efficient. Issues are few and far between but Sherwin's customer service on live chat was spectacular and he quickly fixed the error. Thank you!
