Dean with Customer support was extremely helpful. It's not always easy to communicate via chat and Dean made it very easy. He made sure to check in with me when the time was getting long due to him looking up my issue. I appreciate customer service with patience and understanding. Thank you!

The app has tons of options but some prep work is required before enabling it. We contacted support and Sherwin pointed us in the right direction to start the process.

Needed a lot of information and Rominick help me a lot and gave really good info. All of my configuration is now perfect Between Shopify and QBO.

I synced for the first time with Quick Books and ran into multiple issues, mostly because I am new to the plugin. Dean helped to get me going very efficiently and I was able to navigate to the next steps with some more help.

One of my orders would not sync with QBO because I did not add a name to the order, only an email address. Dean, fixed it for me within 2 minutes.

This is by far the best APP!!! I have over 220 products and I have never found it so easy and fast to integrate and get all the date I need from one place to another!!! Is great that we can use this app and spend more time focusing on selling the products! I needed so much help with the integration of the apps and Sherwin is the best!!!!!!!! I really appreciate how much Sherwin help me. I had some many question and answered all of them even more!!!! It was my best customer experience ever!!!! Thank you so much Sherwin!!

Troy was very helpful! Still some missing pieces to the puzzle but he got us all squared away for the most part!

I had some minor hiccups with inventory discrepancies and not sure why my inventory wasn't syncing correctly. Paul was amazing with getting it solved for me and gave good advice on how to update inventory properly between the apps. Thanks again, Paul for your help!

We had some issues with our QuickBooks integrations, but learned of this app. It's been a great change and while the configuration is a bit more specific compared to other solutions, it is worth it. Their support is very helpful as well! While testing a sync and then deleting my results inside QuickBooks (since the prefix was not what we wanted), I was unable to re-sync the order. I reached out via their online chat and Rafael was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend!

Been waiting for this app for a while. Now it is here and works a treat. Does what it says and with the help of Troy was able to quickly refine the configuration to iron out a few synch issues (not the app just the way I set up management of inventory). Really looking forward to saving lots of time.

Customer Service is very good. Thanks Ronnie for your help! This app is free and serves the purposes of our online retail location. The strength of this app is that it allows you to use QBO's built in inventory instead of springing for yet another third party app. It will actually record changes in stock and COGS using QBO Plus' FIFO feature. The only complaint I would make is that the app is not set up to record both the sales and payouts so there is a bit of extra work needed on the reconciliation end. There is also no way to record gift card liabilities or cash if you have a POS system. For a simple solution to a simple setup this works great.
