The app is performing well, customer service is well traninned. All we need is more filters and a way to find the saved sessions.

Support is really really helpful! This app in general is awesome! I was able to catch a loading issue from iOS devices and reach out to there support to suggest ways to fix it!

Easy to navigate interface while still having a lot of filter options. If you're a store with thousands or more daily visitors it's nice being able to see exactly what people are doing on certain pages, who have taken certain actions, etc... Great recording app, the best I've found!
