This app is good so far, and support is responsive. It’s also easy to blacklist IPs you use so you’re not recording your own sessions.

I would recommend this app for store owners who want to see how their customers navigate their page. With the help of this app, I realized I needed to change some things around on my store so my customers can have an easier experience navigating. They were also quick to respond in the chats.

I wish I had known about this app sooner! I can't wait to see what my customers are seeing and drill down to why and where I'm losing some of them so I can fix any issues. As a very small business, it's hard to wear all the hats, and I believe this is going to help me a lot.
