Does not work on dawn theme. you can only see the announcement bar and the footer and the first product image, rest is white blank. Used to work

It is a very useful app. It tracks all visits as opposed to Hotjar. It has a lot of recorded session, doesn't cost much and has no impact on website speed

This app is gold. I was getting a lot of add-to-carts, but I'd lose a lot of people at checkout. I dug into the replays and discovered that the button to complete the order was not showing, so it was impossible for people to complete their purchase! After making the fix, the orders began to flow again. If I didn't have this app, It would have taken weeks or months to discover the problem!

I have never seen any customer service as responsive as these guys. They replied my request within 10 seconds. It's like someone was always there anticipating your message. Also, they were very quick to answer my question and complete my request.
