The app is a nice step up from the default Shopify options. I had an issue with the styling for a check-box that I needed to add. The team was very responsive and quickly helped me resolve the issue.

Now, my customers can easily fill out customizations on the listing itself in a very clean and organizational way! Product Customizer is the best customization app on the market. Gives you complete creative control on how you want to customize products. Other apps had many limitations. Along with the support team, Aman is always an email away, response time is actually impressive. If you need help with anything he is always there to help

The seems to be good but struggled to get it working correctly at the start. I contacted support for help but kept being told they are working on it. Still waiting to hear back. Turns out I was able to get the app working on my own.

Highly recommend. The customer service is incredible and goes above and beyond to help!

I got a bit screwed over by the shift away from “legacy” websites, but the customer service was super fast and helpful in fixing that. I tried a LOT of custom field apps before landing on this one, and it is by far the best. My products are unique so it is nice that I am able to name each field uniquely.
