It's very easy to use and the customer service is great! Also very fast. Everyone should try it.

This app is good and functions well although sometimes a little clunky and the design of the interface may be counter intuitive to some users. The customer support is always responsive and will get your issue solved. They almost always respond in a timely manner and even major issues get resolved quickly. Special shout out to Deep who is always on hand to help!

I have been using this app for a few years and have had no issues until today. My customers were uploading photos but they weren’t showing up on my end. I tested it out myself (by placing an order on my site) just to make sure it wasn’t user error and it was truly not working. I logged into the app, reached out to support, and they had me back up and running in no time!! I would highly recommend this app if you’re needing a streamlined way for customers to add custom product information.

The product options and customization process in itself is pretty simple. Had a small hiccup during the process and was resolved by Mr. Deepanjoy from customer support in no time. Highly Recommend.

This app allows me to apply product options for my custom boutique even though many of my products exceed the 100 variant limit. Their app support is also extremely helpful with explaining how to use the app effectively.
