This app is great, Thank God That I found this app, it has great options , excellent for those who are looking for adding amazing options to their products .

This app offers some great features! Customers want a seamless and fast process when ordering their products, and the Product Options & Customizer App certainly does a great job!

This app is great, easy to use and saves templates to use again. Would highly recommend. If you have any problems, their customer support is first rate.

Simple to use with quick and helpful support when needed.

ALL Shopify users, HORRIBLE! and SACAM Been with them for 8 years and they started an $99 for a plan (no other app as at that point) They switched for a $24 a plan (Not idea how long ago) Most likely years ago.... Never told our company, been charging us $99 a month for 8 years when they have a plan (That we use for $24) We are not in the business of watching is an app changed a plan for a fraction...If you are a customer since they started, is just common sense to let us know. They agree to return $300 ... make the math at $99 a month for 7-8 years... NOPE No one will answer just someone called AMAN, no phone calls, no managers NOTHING. After a month of e mails back and forth they just charge again $99 on June 27th. No solution. And actually, the app is not even working on my website that's been 11 years in business. DO NOT GET THIS APP Plenty of others more reliable. I like the customization a lot so far. I've just gotten started, so I have yet to see how the app works in the long term.

I've been using this app for many years. It's worked well with my products.. I recently had a problem and the support team responded super fast and resolved my issue.. highly recommend

This app is great! I offer different chain lengths and earring closure options for one-of-a-kind jewelry, which means that Shopify’s bulit-in variations won’t work for my products. Product Options & Customizer lets me add drop-down option lists with the click of a button. I ran into a little hiccup after installing the app and Shevaughn was exceptional! The issue was resolved right away. I would recommend this app for anyone wanting to give customers the option to personalize or customize any products as well, it’s great!

Easy to use and works well. Just check shopify doesn't expect you to upgrade your theme, without telling you, so the app stops working with the old theme.

It has been stable in what I use it for. Support from Product Options & Customizer--although only had to use it a couple of times in the past 5 yrs--is always quick, courteous and resolves the issues in a timely fashion.

I recently integrated the Product Options and Customizer app into my Shopify store to enhance my customers' online shopping experience. During the setup of my first item, I missed a step and needed some help. Using the conveniently located chat option on the homepage, I was connected with a representative in seconds. Shevaughn assisted me— He was knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and responsive. I am extremely pleased with my choice of this application. Thanks for being awesome!

This app constantly crashes, you have to check it everyday to ensure its options are working. Today noticed options were missing, clicked on app, it had an update of the app. App updated and now I can't see any of my account information. Page comes up blank. Been waiting on support response all day. Customers cannot check out due to issues on the listing not showing. it's good when it does decide to work. but the inconsistency is truly getting annoying.

Product Customizer is definitely a great option to consider, if you are seeking an app that will allow you to customize your products, I recommend Product Customizer. A demo session enabled me to navigate my way around the app quite easily. The customer service is fantastic, I couldn't ask for better.
