A very good app that allows me to take better control of our listings. It's easy to use and very flexible. I'm sure further option choices will become available as the app is updated, but for now it covers all my needs. Customer support is very helpful and responsive. All in all one of my better app purchases.

The team at Product Customizer has been a game changer for our personalized business! If we have any issues they are on it and make it right asap! So happy with this app!

I do not recommend this app at all. Poor communication. App crashes too frequently. Hours and no response. Been using it for years with issues off and on, but I think it's time to move on so our customers can have a better experience.

When this app goes wrong... which it can do, they are extremely slow to fix the issue with your store and are not bothered about you losing sales and money. Can take them long times to fix problems and support staff can just ghost you. Would not recommend... lost thousands when they refused to make simple fixes over night. If anything goes wrong out of hours be aware that they cannot fix and you will have a broken website all night and make no sales.

Great app for adding variants. Getting started documentation is good. Had a little trouble setting something up but support was fast and responsive.

Using the free version has provided me with valuable options to enhance my store, the team behind the app are very responsive and helped to set up the options aswell as iron out a cart page error I was having.

This app is perfect! I needed to add a text box for products with text customizations. I added in the text box but it was not popping up in my product pages, so I reached out to customer service. Shevaughn from the Product Customizer app responded quickly and helped me get everything up in running smoothly! Highly recommend this app and their customer service is phenomenal!
