Customer support chat is great, Aman helped me so much to have my customizations up and running! 9/12/24 The page app disappeared in my shopify store, although the app is installed (I´m on the Premium plan). I can´t reach any client support via email. All of my customized products have their prices changed so now they cost thousands of euro. Please I need help asap 9/13/24 Shevaughn helpd me out finding out the source of the issue, everything is running smoothly. Thanks so much.

Very prompt support and help from the team Best part is they have a free version for 1 product, and they have wonderful service even after using the app for a while!

I've been using this app for years and their support alone has been AMAZING. I was having a small issue with the newest update and support jumped on a zoom call with me within 5 mins with a shared screen and had all my concerns resolved. Happy Customer!

THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The app is SUPER glitchy and works when it wants to. You have to ALWAYS reach out to customer service to get anything to work and then they just do it for you instead of teaching you HOW to do it yourself so you don't need them. We've used this most of this year in 2024 and it is the most frustrating app of all time. BEWARE!

I love this app and the staff that work here, They assisted me with my website errors. Very responsive and informative. This is a must-have for your website.

This app is great. As a personalized gift shop having multiple customization options for each product is crucial and helps make buying more seamless for the customer. I like how I can set up different options to make it easier to add them to future product listings. Their customer service is fantastic! Any time I have needed help they are quick to respond and fix the issue!

This has been my go-to app since launching on Shopify in 2020. We've gone through a few updates, and many changes. The app has everything we need for our bakery. We have many, many variations and options to offer, and the support staff is reliable, knowledgeable, and super helpful with our request. I have looked at and tried other apps - none can match up to Product Options and Customizer. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience tonight using this app. The service I received was topnotch. I was panicking from not being able to figure out what was going on with my subscription. I was walked through getting everything fixed. I'm grateful and I truly appreciate everything!!

This is app is amazing, as is their customer service! 5 stars! They are very quick to respond when I have questions. PC just completely fixed an issue we were having by updating the code on the backend of our site. He did it all within a few minutes. Thank you!!!!!
