The app has helped me include variations to my products that i otherwise couldn't have. The support is very good, in particular a support technician named Aman, he has very good knowledge and helped me massively!

The customer service support offer by Kevon and Aman has been top-notch. They are usually pretty on it both in terms of response time and ability to make small changes within the app. The only reason for not full five star- some of the features of the app seem to work intermittently. UPDATE 3/29/2024 We had a brief outage and Deep and team were quick to address it and get the issue resolved. They had it resolved within Half Hour. They responded to my initial email within minutes. Really appreciate this team.

We have been using this app for many years, and had been essential for our type of products. The app is easy to use, has all the functions we need and is very customisable to suit your product requirements. We have only ever had one issue, there was an immediate answer and they were onto it with a quick fix. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to add customised features to their products.

I would recommend Product Options & Customizer for all who use Shopify and need to put into place special options. I was so lost as to how to go about this, and I was in a chat with a representative. This representative fixed my issues with ease, quickly, and was super respectful. I was able to customize my Boutique to suit my needs as well as my clients. Am a customer for life!
