This app, hands down, is what makes my store possible. Spotify can limit you with how many variants you use, but when you are dealing with hundreds of options - the guys at Product Customizer really save the day. I highly recommend this app and thank the team for excellent customer service!

So far so good, I have tried a bunch of product options apps and has other have said they were just a pain or took to much time and being fiddly, so far if I could give 20 stars, I would.

This app has been working great for me, having the ability to list more than one hundred variants on each product page has allowed us to really clean up our storefront, consolidating similar items and allowing our customers to find the product they need much easier. Customer support, specificially Beka Rice is extremely helpful, and even remotely fixed the code on our theme for us in a matter of minutes. Would be a steal at twice the price.

I now love this app after the recent update. Adding options & templates is super easy. The edit feature on templates is easy and convenient. The edit feature when adding in a bulk edit is easy and convenient. From the many app choices, I'm very pleased that I chose Product Customizer. Looking forward to the radio button selections that is soon to come. The only improvement could be same-day turnaround, rather than sometimes next-day support and/or a contact phone number.

Too bad this didn't offer a 10 Star Rating I got support that was so over the top it was unreal. A lot of what I asked about wasn't even in the arena of what Product Customizer did but I still got helpful suggestions. I would happily recommend this app to anyone as in the end it is all about the people and the people here are amazing! Mary

It seemed to work for a while but every time a customer would go to the page it sometimes wouldn't even show up. Would be a blank section that didn't look good. I deleted the app but still got charged. Might work for others but not for me.

Add or edit a template - seriously, no way to edit or add, no matter what I type in where it says edit, it doesn't add, it doesn't save, and the message still says you haven't added anything. The old one has issues, it was cumbersome, but it was EASY to use. Rally unhappy with having to edit, delete and search to figure out how this works- would not recommend it to anyone- Shopify should have it's own customizer not have it's customers using an app that was launched before it worked

Love, Love Love the NEW Product Customizer!

So disappointed, A service that worked well and ok prive wise at $5.99 a month has suddently changed to a service costing $9.99 a month minimum???? Whaatttt??? No advance notice of this- I see my trial runs out in 88 days (ie the old version??). The new version is clunky, slow and not intuitive at all (the old one had glitches but I preferred it) and this one is glitchy too...a rip off...

Such smooth and concise customer service. I just love that the developers of this app are eager to solve problems as efficiently as possible. Love it!

Would give 10 stars if I could. One of the only apps that didn't mess up the sizing options on my page and with the recent updates as of today brings it up to par if not better than the other apps I tested. The support was absolutely amazing and helped me resolve some issues I had, as I'm in a hurry due to our new website launching in a day or so. I've been testing many many apps over the past month or so and the support on this app has been the best by far.

Product Customizer is wonderful and a great addition to our store. It is so easy use when setting up products and also easy for customers to use on the site. The support is fantastic. I would highly recommend this app.

This a great app! It allows us to add menus with large amounts of options. Easy to use & understand, the crew are super-fast at responding the questions and resolving any issues, and it has made a positive difference to our website. We can now have all the options we need for any of our products - thanks to Product Customizer.

Not only is this a brilliant app, but the customer service is second to none! Firstly, I felt a little worried about inserting the snippet correctly, but then they offered to do it for me! ("What?..and for nothing?!") Then I was a bit ham-fisted, and fouled something up on their perfect code..(I really should leave these things well-alone!) but they very happily fixed it for me in no time at all! If all other software companies worked like this, I'd be skipping through fields of sunlit daisies all my life!! Seriously though. It's so much better than others I could mention (and have actually tried before)..I particularly love the way you can simply create complete banks of questions or question-types and then re-deploy them on any new products you choose to advertise. This alone saves hours or bleary-eyed key-smashing angst! Take a look at my site if you wish, I've got loads of personalisations...tricky? Not for these guys! Not for me! I love it.

The Product Customizer app gets 5 stars from me because their customer service is phenomenal. Responsive, nice, friendly, and very helpful! Not to mention, their app helps me to provide my customers with customizable products as well :)

Just discovered and uploaded the app yesterday which made a world of difference with all my custom products! I ran into an issue today with my custom options not showing on my store after I added variants to those products. I messaged the Shopstorm support and received a reply within an hour, and the issue was resolved shortly after! A special thanks to Jory who worked on resolving this issue for me!

The product itself is pretty awesome, easy to use and does exactly what it says on the box...but what really got me was the customer service. It was unbelievable...someone responded to me within the hour, and they set everything up for me nearly instantly! Totally worth it just for the customer service alone.

This company went above and beyond and provided A+ service with getting me set up. They were happy to set up bulk customizations for my shop which saved me hours and hours of work on my end. I highly recommend them. They offer fast, courteous and great service.

Ok here goes! I'm brutally honest when it comes to reviews and I'm well known in the Shopify community for giving it to you straight. So believe me when I tell you this app is absolutely worth every penny. However, there aren't enough stars in the universe that rank how great the support is. The support at Shopstorm is better than ANY other support on Shopify and I challenge anybody to prove me wrong. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Very easy to use. Customer service is great and always willing to help!
