Product Customizer is a great app - does exactly what I wanted. A lot of my products have variables or personalized options, and this app makes creating and saving them a breeze. I had trouble installing it in my store but the help from the developer was fast and took care of everything. I'm impressed - an economical and effective solution to my variations problem.

Product Customizer is awesome, and Justin is a great help. I needed help resizing a text area after adding it and Justin just did it for me. We also needed it because we have a huge number of options/permutations (some products having 120+ color options). I just pasted all 120+ color codes into the option, and they all showed up and look great. Update 2015-08-07: We needed a little help again, and Justin logged right on and fixed a problem with one of our e-mail templates. The app is great, and so is the support.

LOVE this app! We couldn't operate without it! This app is so easy to use, and we especially love the feature where you can save a set of customizations and apply the set to a product with one click. We've only had to use the support service one time in almost 3 years, and they were so responsive and helpful it almost unbelievable. We highly recommend Product Customizer.

This App changed my life! We hand make custom leather dog collars and we offer TONS of options. We have been badgering Shopify to add more customization options for years, but few people need as many fields as we do, so they were not motivated to build a workaround. Then we found Product customizer... Now we have everything we need to offer a truly customized and unique product. Initial setup was above my head but they have amazing support that helped us install the App on a SUNDAY! I cannot recommend this App enough!

Product Customizer helps us create necessary product fields in a quick and easy way. It has enabled even our CEO to make customizations while our CTO is working on more complicated tasks. Very efficient!

We are a Baby & Children's Gift Shop online. This market is massive for personalised products. Without the Product Customizer we would not be able to tap in to this massive market and offer our customers a huge choice of gifts for all occasions that can be personalised making our gifts truly unique to each customer. With this app we can also offer Gift Wrap and message options which is important for a gift store, so our customers can let us know how they want their gift personalised and we can send it directly to the recipient with gift wrap and a personal message, taking all the hassle out and by us being able to offer a great customer service. We've contacted the Help Support at Shop Storm and they dealt with our query in an efficient, fast manner and it was free! Just want I needed, I didn't want to take my time up with trying to get my head around what I needed to do to get the app to do want I wanted it to, they just did it for me! Perfect, doesn't get much better than that!

This app has made customizing our website incredibly easy. It has helped make our check out process quite simple. Kim has helped make our theme transfer a very painless process and it looks great! I can't recommend this app enough!

This app works great, is easy to use and the support is second to none!

Really nice app, easy to understand and work with. If you want to translate your site, this app works well with langify. And the support team, how can i say, amazing!!

Kim was great! the installation was challenging for us to install and Kim did it for us in no time all! This app works great for us and has everything we need and it is really really easy to use. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs simple to use and understand apps.

Very well done app with extremely quick support. When initially installing, I had a few questions and emailed after-hours expecting a next-day response. Despite being after-hours, within 30 minutes the app was up and running on our page, and I couldn't be happier with how it looks & performs. This allows us to sell our customizable products MUCH more easily than the default Shopify settings - thank you so much for a great product & your awesome service

What it does, it does very well. However, it lacks the ability to change option pricing. It's supposed to be implement in 2015, but as of June, it's not yet available.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. I run a store selling personalized gifts and I could not run it without the use of this app. It enabled me to have as many variant fields as I needed and allows to me to collect personalized information with the use of text fields. Installation is very straight forward with there step by step guide. If you have a problem with installation the staff is very helpful and experienced.

This app has been a life-saver for us. Minus a small glitch or two, the installation was extremely easy. The support team was very quick to respond and get us up and running within 24 hours. And they were super-pleasant. There are a few areas for improvement: 1) The ability to change pricing on the variants, which seems to be in-progress; 2) Improved ability to seamlessly integrate into the CSS styling of your current theme (it required changes to javascript); 3) Ability to select multiple options in a dropdown; 4) Ability to display at swatches or dropdowns -- with #3 and #4 on a per product basis, instead of sitewide. Unless you have complicated products, however, the last 2 may not apply to you.
