This app is what makes it possible for my customers to order my personalized printables smoothly. I am SO happy with it - it does exactly what it claims and the customer service is awesome. My only wish is that it enabled you to add fields to multiple products at a time, but that does not take away from how very essential the app is for my kind of business and how glad I am that I found it.

Most of my products are completely customizable and this app makes it so much easier for customers to put in their customization. The customer support is amazing. I sent a request around 11 pm and got a response in minutes. I would highly recommend this app

We have been using Product Customizer for multiple options to order furniture. This way we can save sku numbers and variants. This is very simple way to add variants by hand. This app has been very productive and easy to work with. We highly recommend it.

This app has been really helpful in allowing us to include more variants than Shopify will allow. It's extremely easy to use and the customer support has been fantastic! They were extremely prompt in their responses and helped us quickly resolve an issue regarding the placement of the dropdowns. Would highly recommend.

Love this app. Very easy. I just wish I could preview the photo uploads before I add them to the cart. Besides that awesome and user friendly!

There are some glitches where if I delete a line and add it, my option lines are no longer in order, so I found a work around where I added more lines than I needed, and delete the lines accordingly. Also, it would be excellent if this app could include a way to delete multiple lines. Also, if for future updates you add radio buttons and check boxes, and a way to format the option boxes that would be great. Nevertheless, it is a great product!

This app is great! Gave me exactly what I needed to add options to my products without having to enter inventory for each variations. Since I was totally confused on how to enter the code they did it for me super fast! The customer service is amazing and they respond back so quickly! So happy!

Simple, works great, could be a lot easier to edit saved sets, but apart from that, very useful app. Look forward to being able to monetize each customization to automatically alter the cart total. That would be fantastic.

Very useful App and fantastic customer support. We had originally downloaded another app 'Product Options' by a different company but it was extremely difficult to install and their support was pretty much non-existent. ShopStorm's app is both cheaper and installation is free of charge. The best choice for customisable products hands down!

Product Customizer did exactly what I needed it to. And it does exactly what I'll need it to do in the near future. It's a great solution for me. In particular their support was quick and effective with excellent communication. The one thing I wasn't able to do that is on my wish list is to be able to individually customize variants within a particular product. I mentioned that to support and they said it's something they are actually already working on and should be available soon. So that just makes it perfect as far as I can tell.

We use Product Customizer on both of our websites and we couldn't be happier with it. The freedom with variants is well worth the $$! Definitely recommend. The customer support is also amazing! I had help from Kim and she was so quick to respond. Whenever I had a question or needed something fixed, she was happy to help!

Just purchased the app, had a little bit of layout issue with my current Shopify them and the app. I let Shopstorm know and they took care of it right away, I never get this fast or efficient of support from any other dealings online from wordpress to hosting to other platforms. Product Customizer gave us exactly what we needed! We were having a very hard time finding a web hosting service that gave us every feature we needed. Shopify caps the number of customizations, so Product Customizer allowed us to add as many variations as we needed. It takes a little bit of HTML know-how to install, but they give you the option to let them do it for you. I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs more product options/variations than Shopify or other sites allow.

This is the one app my store depends on the most. We custom-make rubber stamps and Product Customizer allows that customization input to take place smoothly. It's been incredibly easy to use and the team has been helpful in answering any questions we've had.

This app has really helped us to add custom notes to orders. This is really important to us as many of our products have custom messages for gifting purposes along with engraving customizations. Thanks product customizer!

This app is exactly what I was looking for. I sell personalised prints, so needs for every order to be personalised. Each product needs different bits to be personalised as well, so I required flexibility as well. I downloaded the app and had it working in moments, adding personalisation fields to every product with ease. To make things better, I had a slight issue with one small part of the app, emailed ShopStorm looking for some guidance, and instead of getting guidance....they went ahead and fixed the small bug for me.....while I was at home in bed :-) I really couldn't ask for a better service than that....I have been superimpressed with the app, and super-impressed with the back-up servie from ShopStorm......ten out of ten from me!
