The app is very efficient for what I do. It is fast and easily accessible. The staff support is great also, assisting me in my needs and ensuring that the product worked well for me.

Just started using this app and while I'm still sorting everything out i do need to acknowledge how awesome their support is. They've helped me through a couple issues and from what I can see about the app it's extremely flexible which is exactly what i was looking for. Great app!

Product Customizer is a great app that does exactly what I needed it to do! Had I tried to use Shopify variants, I would have had ovver 200 possibilities (which is not even allowed by shopify). I also need to get some pertinant 'write in' answers that Shopify does not really allow. The staff at Shopstorm might be one of the best parts! They helped with the install, and were never more than an email away! They responded within a few hours at the max!

The app allowed me to add many necessary fields to my products that were not offered by Shopify. In addition, I am not very liquid-saavy and their support was able to help me get the additional fields added to my notifications. Very worth the $17.99/month!

This is a great app! I had a difficult time finding an app that enabled me to change pricing for different options. Product Customizer does the trick. The support team is fabulous! Super responsive and very helpful. I have reached out to them several times and always receive a response and a recommended solution within a couple of hours.

Great App! Just wish options were brought in to Shipstation without a bunch of unwanted code placed on line items of packing slips/invoices.

We've been using the Product Customizer app for a few years now and it's been by far the easiest to use. The more recent updates have made it even easier. The support has been great too. Here's to the next few years!! :)

This app has solved so many things for our shop, so that people can pick things and enter custom info up front instead of us having to spend time emailing with them afterwards. It works great, and when I switched themes recently the support staff was brilliant in helping me getting it to work (and look great) on the new theme. We're now using 2 ShopStorm apps in our shop, very happy with both of them.

The app wasn't exactly what we were looking for but the customer service was outstanding. Although we went with a different app option, we want to congratulate the folks from ShopStorm for their fantastic support while we were testing the app. Their communication was quick, friendly and the customization (snippet installation) was quick and painless.

Work perfectly and awesome support. We use it to bundle subscriptions with our GPS trackers. The client selects a tracker and gets a few different options on what kind of subscription they want. After installing I had some questions, and they were answered really quickly. Very happy with that!

We use the Product Customizer app to offer embroidery on our site. It is by far the best solution we've had on any platform. Technical support was excellent. ShopStorm were able to do what no other app developer could - they made sure this app functions perfectly in our ajax cart and integrates seamlessly with our external systems. This is absolutely the best solution for embroidery on Shopify.
