The Product Customizer app gets 5 stars from me because their customer service is phenomenal. Responsive, nice, friendly, and very helpful! Not to mention, their app helps me to provide my customers with customizable products as well :)

Just discovered and uploaded the app yesterday which made a world of difference with all my custom products! I ran into an issue today with my custom options not showing on my store after I added variants to those products. I messaged the Shopstorm support and received a reply within an hour, and the issue was resolved shortly after! A special thanks to Jory who worked on resolving this issue for me!

The product itself is pretty awesome, easy to use and does exactly what it says on the box...but what really got me was the customer service. It was unbelievable...someone responded to me within the hour, and they set everything up for me nearly instantly! Totally worth it just for the customer service alone.

This company went above and beyond and provided A+ service with getting me set up. They were happy to set up bulk customizations for my shop which saved me hours and hours of work on my end. I highly recommend them. They offer fast, courteous and great service.

Ok here goes! I'm brutally honest when it comes to reviews and I'm well known in the Shopify community for giving it to you straight. So believe me when I tell you this app is absolutely worth every penny. However, there aren't enough stars in the universe that rank how great the support is. The support at Shopstorm is better than ANY other support on Shopify and I challenge anybody to prove me wrong. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Ive use a lot of apps on shopify and Product Customizer app and team members have been the best I have ever dealt with. Went above and beyond on getting the app to work with my custom set up and tweaking things left and right for me. They are the only app so far to truly show that they want you as a customer and want to keep you as a customer. I'd give em 6 stars if I could.

It's a big endoresment for an app if I am willing to pay for it, but this app has done a lot for my sales. Being able to add a text box to my listings so that customers can add a personal message had been a big plus for my customers, and my conversion rates!

Very impressed with the customer service. They always respond quickly and are willing to help however they can. When I had a theme update all my custom settings for each product disappeared. When I asked for help the company that built the theme told me I would have to manually re-enter everything which would have been many hours of work. I'm so glad I asked Product Customizer team to help- they just reinstalled all my "snippets" into the new theme. I have no idea what this means but they fixed the problem in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Great app- let's me customize my personalized products easily- does everything I need it to do.

Nice app and one we've used for quite a while now, very annoying though if you have thousands of products and you decide you need to alter or fine tune the variants, instead of simply changing group set you have to do it one by one taking days. Also, by now for an app of this age, we would had expected conditional logic to had been developed and optional pricing for variants.

The app works great and the custom support team is awesome. We had a customization request and the Product Customizer team performed a custom formatting task for our client. Great product, greater service!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Extremely limited range of options and so many things you can't do, in actual fact it has a bigger list of what it CAN'T do then what it CAN do! Why anyone would pay for this is amazing! You can't tie a picture to an option which you CAN do on shopifys normal product pages and you can't even effect the inventory and SKU of a product!!!! USELESS! The only reason I could see to use it is to add a custom text option, but $10 a month for that?? The biggest problem though is that you can't use this app on shopifys basic price level, in order to alter HTML/CSS you need to be on the $29 plan meaning this won't even work for people just starting out on the $9 plan! and it doesn't even tell you before you try to use it!! WOW

Justin helped me set up Product Customizer on my new Shopify theme in less than one hour. Best customer service in any Shopify app! Works in my store just as I hoped and after contacting their awesome customer service it works like butter! Thank you Product Customizer!

Love this app and the support team behind it! Almost everything on my website has to be customized, and I had no idea where to start to make that happen. After I found this app, I didn't know how to install it. They simply took care of it, and then followed up to make sure I knew how to work it and to make sure everything was working properly. Excellent customer service!!

Such an easy product to use! I was nervous about installing and using it but it couldn't be easier. When we started doing some more advanced stuff, we needed help and ShopStorm's customer service was amazing. They took care of everything. I can't say enough about what an easy process this was.
