Real easy to use, well worth adding for any site that has a lot of products or variations, combined with meteor menu its a good team

It's a really crappy app. I'm not sure what's up with all these good reviews. I never write reviews, but I felt that this was justified. In theory, it sounds great. In practice, it's total junk and their support is horrific. They take 3 to 5 days to respond and they have no sense of urgency. App does not work as it should nor does it do what it claims. Their demo page is sketchy because they're using a custom checkout page. It will not work the same on your shop unless you have Shopify Plus. Even then, you will still have inventory management issues because of the way the options are added. Not going to go into details here, it's nor worth my time. Save yourself the headache, trust me. Ah, and removing was a PIA, it leaves a huge mess behind. Pass.

Tried the app, didnt like it. Uninstalled it and had some left over code all over the place. Really annoying.

App was not working properly and I waited 5 days with no reply to emails from support and have had to delete the app. I do not recommend it and have found an easier to use app.

This app is essential to getting the functionality I needed for my shop. Installation was easy and it was very simple to figure out how to build the customization forms. I needed a little help customizing the layout of my product pages in regards to having the description go before the options showed, and support was fast and friendly in doing this task that they totally don't HAVE to do.

It's been a few days since I took this app and I ask for the installation because I don't know how to do it, and I don't know how to do any intervention, I receive emails without interest. However, it is well stated that the installation is free of charge on their part.

So handy to have! You're able to customize everything. I just wish I could customize how many quantities I have of something (for example - necklace chain colours but I only have 1 left of a certain colour)

An app that is very easy to install and use. I have been using product customizer for my cycling apparel business. I has allowed us to easily integrate new features into our buying process.

We've been using this app for a couple years now. Adds a lot to products when we need it. We recently had an issue with our new theme not accepting this app and Kim went in and helped fix it right away. Fantastic app and fantastic customer service. Well worth it.

The app is working great and the support has been quick & so very helpful!

I requested to stop charging me and even removed the app 'Product Customizer' but I have still been charged $9.99 recently

I like it so far, but there are some drawbacks. The $0.01 work around to allow for multiple price points is maybe over thinking things. We only offer one customization at one price. This app also pretty aggressively updates any product loop you have in your theme to exclude their hidden customization product listing that is used to collect payment for customizations at checkout.

Love this app! It works just as it claims, and most of all, the customer service/tech team is fantastic. They helped me solve a tech glitch super fast and got me up and running right away. Highly recommend!
