Love this app - it is perfect for my personalized products and super easy to use. Support is FANTASTIC whenever I've had a question or needed any sort of help when switching themes. Could not recommend this product more!

We've recently started to customize a few of the products that we sell and were looking for an app that would allow us to not only offer multiple options, but also to charge based on the option(s) picked. After looking at a few different ones, this was EXACTLY what we needed. The ability to create templates and logical rules for the various options makes this app very, very worth the price. Easy to set up, easy to use. The developer even does the install for you quickly and is very responsive if you have questions. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

The conditional logic is perfect at making a clean checkout experience for my store. Great product.

This app is reliable and easy to use. I sell customizable products, and the Product Options app is critical for my business. While it may not have quite as many features as other product option apps I tried, it works perfectly without any problems or bugs that I've seen. Their support is outstanding, and they'll be there to help you with any questions or problems that come up.

The customer service goes above and beyond! I was blown away! I have been using this app for years and love it!

This app allows me to create as many custom options as I need to make purchasing easier for my customers. ShopStorm is always quick to help and correct any issue. This is overall a great app and very easy to use!

We’ve used just the basic part of the app, and it has been easy to use for us to add more customized options for our shop.

The app is great when it will actually load. I find 9/10 times when trying to open the app it now goes to a blank page and I can't customize any products. Really annoying.

Code screwed up my site by automatically adding extra charges to cart and it took days for them to respond. Never fully fixed the issue or offered an explanation.

VERY helpful...delighted that I don't have to press a save button every time I add an option. Love the way it looks online as well. Thank you!!!!

Product Customizer is "OK" as a starter app, but has limitations that unfortunately are holding us back. Just went "blank" on us this morning and unable to modify or view any options.

Used the app in 3 stores. Takes a day to work everything out in a busy store but after that invaluable and has made life easy for our customers and us. You need this app!

Ive used quite a few product option apps in the past, and Product Customizer is the easiest to use by far - much needed for my personalised jewellery store! Bit of tweaking needed to fit our theme, but ShopStorm were super quick to respond and fix the issue within hours - and on a Sunday!! Amazing service and amazing app for an affordable price.

User friendly, simple interface, able to implement and put to use very quickly. I had a few questions and customer care was quick to respond and accommodate, same day. I'm a happy customer!
