It's awesome! I really like it! I used it for my shop with cases/t-shirts/mugs it works with everything!

Product Options and Customizer App has had great support, and quick to answer my question! My email support was quick and to the point. The glitch that I was experiencing was taken care of within hours. I am new at this app, so support has been important for me to move forward on my store.

Shopify has been wonderful, but given that I offer LOTS of customization options and photo upload requirements, I would not be able to run my business smoothly without Product Customizer. Always works, very user friendly and easy. The customer service is always prompt and helpful. I had an issue late last night, and by 6am this morning it was fixed. Very happy!

This app is easy to use, requires minimal coding and the support team behind it is very dedicated to making sure you understand how to use it! I’m really liking it!

This is a lovely app! I love the support the team provides, and I don't have to do any installation at my end. Also, the options appear immediately on my products, whereas some other product option apps that I tried previously would take a few minutes to reflect the options. Very happy with my choice.

This is one of my favourite apps now. Allows me to customise every product any way I want it. The support team is fantastic, and is always there. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Product Customizer is a fantastic app - we use it to gather engraving details from our customers. Easy to use and easy to set up, this is a must have for any one selling customized items!

This is a great app for my stationery shop. Allows me to offer all the options that I need to my customers. Their customer service is always excellent and when I need tech help, they are always friendly, quick to respond and able to get things fixed and back up and running. Highly recommend!

We read about this app in the Shopify Plus community. We were having so many issues with fake accounts. At first, it wasn't working and I had to reach out to customer support. They fixed the issue very quickly and this solved my issue. Thanks for a great product!

Jim!Jim!Jim! Thank you buddy! With my shop-completely personalised gifts ... I was thinking which app will give me the easiest way and the fastest at the same time to personalize all my products... I have been installing like 20 apps ,free trials...and deleting them after 20 minutes. This app is by far the simplest to install- I didnt put any codes anywhere... just add it to my shop...and start customizing. Thank you guys! Lets see how well will perform now.. :)

This app is pretty dang good for what it does! It's great for companies who do any sort of custom designs, or put pictures on products for customers!

This app is perfect for the store. $10 cheaper per month then the alternative and the support team has been so helpful with making changes to my site that I was unable to for me. Well worth 10 bucks a month! Very happy.

Very Easy to use and amazing support. Responded to every email I sent them in record time. Had a minor issue and they corrected it for me in under an hour.

This app has a lot of great options - it works great for our highly customized products. Easy to use.

Super cool product! We installed it and were using it successfully less than 10 minutes later. Functionally, it was great, but the visual appearance was a little crowded (visually) on our product page. A quick email to their tech support and they had taken care of it expertly and cheerfully before we were open for business the next day. A great product is one thing, but great support is a lot harder to find - they have both.

Product Customizer is absolutely an amazing app and it is easy to customize your products to infinity! For me the "conditional logic" is a very powerful feature and so user-friendly! This app is in a league of its own as I tried out literally all of them and the tech - support was fast and efficient Thanks to Sean, Jim & Steven!

Tried a few different apps and deleted them soon after. This app works really well and the customer service has been amazing. Very helpful and fast!

App didn't work for my theme even after me going into the code and manually entering it. I uninstalled the app and got a message as to why I did I told them what the issue was and they told me to reinstall and they would do the coding them self and give me a free month. I don't care about the month obviously I paid the price the first time I just need a product that works. I responded to the email and got automated response that basically said Hi thanks for installing we've looked at your code and looks like everything is functioning properly let us know if you need anything... I then respond is this a bot and a rep named Sean answered no this is not a bot... but the later explains to me that it was an automated message(aka a bot!!) after me explaining my frustration on the situation not being handled. The conversation went back and forth about petty details that kinda shifted blame from them to me instead of this guy looking at our conversation thread and coming up with a solution to my existing problem. Needless to say its not a big deal to some but to me this was a very bad experience when I already had uninstalled the app and moved on and they asked to make it right but I still don't have a working product a week later because I'm spending 20-30mins of my time explaining irrelevant details with Sean. I'm glad I know how to problem solve and created my options through the existing product variables that comes with shopify as a temporary fix or I would have been scrambling because Sean don't know how to do his job correctly. Hope This saves someone else the headache. My shop is dksuitcity.shop so the users know this is a real person. Hope this isn't to wordy. I tried to skip a few things that are unimportant to my point.

This app works perfect for adding text to a product. Also you can make it so that the customer is required to add a custom field before they are able to add to cart. I had a small issue but i contacted customer service and they had it fixed in 10 minutes!!! I was pretty surprised. Thank you Steven for the help.

This app helped us create a custom product quickly and easily, but more important: the folks who built it were extremely helpful. Fast responses to requests and detailed explanations made all the difference - thanks!

The support team is amazing! I can’t aay enough good things about them! The are truly great. Another app kept freezing my form I was trying to build, but I love how I can require certain info if I have a custom order before they can add it to the checkout page. I changed my the email because I didn’t like the layout, they sent me an email and have my product pages exactly how I want them. Simple, clean, and options.
