I had some issues you today, trying to move some blocks around and making sure I set my Wizard up correctly. Kevon helped me twice, and he was amazing!

I am still learning how to fully use this app. But I have to say the customer support is AWESOME! Once a live person is on, which was quick, it's a live person who jumps right in. No bot making you spin your wheels. Shevaughn was great and has given top-rate customer service!

I switched themes & needed some guidance. Nicoz was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful! App 5+ Even late at night, Nicoz responded offering to fix my new theme issues. Then the following morning and later that next day, Nicoz helped as well. Perfect app for customized products like monogramming, engraving and custom signage. Thank you for this super app! Nicoz Is awesome, 10+ stars! Having a real person, that is actually happy and eager to help your store run smoothly is a true blessing. Thanks again!

In the beginning, it took about 5 minutes to understand the functions. The support has additionally answered the last questions very quickly and helpfully. Individual adjustments were even made within 10min after the request. Thanks for the quick help, we will test the "product options" and see how the store users like it. Keep up the good work

We've been using this app for years with no difficulty. We had a recent issue with it after we updated our theme, but customer service fixed it within an hour of being notified of the issue. Excellent service.

We are on the basic plan. It is great. Good customer support. Highly recommended app if you want to have a variety of options on your products.

It was very easy to create an option! It was exactly what i wanted. I am a very happy user of this app. The support team is very good and they helped very fast. My problem was solved really fast!

We used this app for many many years. Support was always hit and miss and for the most part the app functioned most days of the week. Lately though the support has been non existent. after many years of service we feel the support team has dropped the ball. They updated our code in our site and removed the previous code that was put in the site that gave us better functionality. There are way better apps out there now and this customizer is just too clunky. Sadly our review is being downgraded based on the recent support we have received, obviously our business is no longer wanted.

We’ve been using app for several years to add custom options to products and it has always worked seamlessly for us. But they really stand out from a support perspective. In our migration to a 2.0 theme, they went above and beyond to ensure the app was installed and working before we published. Good support is not a given anymore, but this company really shines. Well done and we highly recommend.

Customer service is really bad. They only care about stores that pay a lot of money. Don't expect any help from them. The way to answer is also ridiculous

Not Good Customer Service. I have a problem with the theme but I have been waiting for more than 1 week and no one has solved it

Such a great app to have when you need to add product variants in your shop. The person who helped me made sure that I set up the product correctly! I'm currently using the free plan as, right now, I only need to customize one product in my shop but will switch to the paid version once I need to customize more products in my shop!

Very easy to use, had an issue but support solved it promptly. Can recommend it to anyone looking to get around Shopify's dumb limitation on options.
