I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

Your app has been frequently experiencing errors recently. This is the third time it has malfunctioned. The support team does not seem to understand the issue, even though I have explained it in detail. The chat window was closed before our conversation was concluded

Although it has been a little challenging figuring things out Shevaughn at customer service has helped me to fix the things I need to fix to give my customers the best shopping experience possible.

This is 100 the BEST Product Options & Customizer App! Very easy to setup and user friendly layout. The tech support team was also amazing. I needed some help with my shop's custom options and they were so quick to respond I was impressed and the service was so outstanding. Highly recommend this app for any product options and customization!

App is well-designed, but not intuitive to setup initially. Also, discovered a terrible bug that causes massive multiplicative cart checkout totals when adding the option with Product Customizer to the cart. Unfortunately, you are blaming this on a recent update with Shopify, but Shopify is saying to speak to you as the vendor. I am not used to getting this runaround. This is a critical issue that is preventing us from making sales in Canadian (CAD) dollars. We had just released our product and we have this less than ideal experience with Product Customizer, which is a shame :-(. We have 8 days left on the trial, and so far not a good experience. We really wanted this to work.

Really great app that does exactly what you want it to! The support team are so responsive and helpful should you get stuck or confused! Easy to use, easy to customize, fantastic for your store

Amazing Support

Although the app unfortunately did not work for my store as it doesn't allow dynamic pricing, the customer service, and Aman particularly, was incredible. So extremely happy to help and always there to reply to questions. That in itself makes the experience so much better.

I've been using this app for over 7 years now, it works well. I've had the occasional glitch, but the tech support has been outstanding. A recent issue was sorted within 10 minutes of me raising a case. I would definitely recommend.

5 Stars. I’m on the Premium Plan and it’s honestly worth every cent. The support team is also top notch they are super helpful. I would give the app 6 stars if I could
