This app has been easy to set-up and customize. I have contacted support for a couple of quick fixes due t9 my website theme. They have answered quickly and been extremely helpful. Very Pleased!

Absolute blessing. I have been searching over and over for a product customizer and finally found this app. The best part is they will get on a call with you, 24-hour customer service, which is excellent!!! Shevhaugn, was so understanding and helpful. I am a WordPress guy trying to design a Shopify store; therefore, his help was greatly needed. Thank you for all your help, Shevhaugn!!

Nicoz was very helpful with customer service! Ended up uninstalling the app in the end because of the cart/checkout bugs.

Very Good! Customer service is very fast and solves any issue that may have with the service. Also, these customizations increase my sales and give a better way to customers customize their products.

I LOVE this app! Well worth the money, opens up so many possibilities with options, works perfectly and the service is the best! Aman is so helpful and very kind and I appreciate him! I have been using this app for years and I highly recommend it! October Update: had a little glitch and it was fixed in no time!

I just started using this app. I am far from a web designer so when I had an issue, I reached out and it was taken care of extremely fast! So far, I love it!

I downloaded and installed the app for a one month free trial as they state. And the app didn't match my theme. Even though I removed it immediately, they charged me $19.90, and when I asked for a refund, they rejected me. Not recommended!

This app killed my website. Please do not use. For a second time, as soon as I ran the setup wizard, this app disabled the add to cart button. The first time they fixed it within about an hour, the second time they couldn't fix it and blamed shopify. Please do not use this app. This has severely impacted my business.

AMAZING service. I have attempted to use at least three customizing apps. I am not completely new at this, but I'm not a computer whiz, either. I spent unproductive hours on the other apps trying to figure out their instructions. I had an issue here because I'm not great at coding. Within 5 minutes of sending a request, Nicoz was there to save the day! I really didn't want to have to wait days to play with my store -- and I didn't have to. Within 30 minutes, my site was working perfectly! I am pleasantly surprised and happy. NEW DAY - I'll have these people on speed dial soon. I told Shevaughn as fast as they respond, I feel like he's in the cubicle next to me (in my kitchen LOL). Actually, someone next to me wouldn't have given me the answer as quickly. Friendly and, most of all, patient. Love you all.

Best customer service! I had a weird issue and couldn't figure it out no matter what I tried. Their support team stuck with the issue until it was resolved. They're wonderful to work with.

I've been using this app for years, easy to use, customers input customizations simply and whenever I've had an issue the team is super responsive and offers great and fast customer support. Definitely worth the fee to have customized options in your store, love it, recommend :)

We had an issue with the coding in some of the themed sections in the app, and Shevaughn was able to help us get it figured out and corrected! He was fast and effective with every response! I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without their help!

Always quick to respond to our questions and fix any issues we have with our shop. We're a flower shop and require customization on most of our bouquets and arrangements, adding notes and specific delivery dates. We've been happy with how seamless the process is and how nice the customizations pair with our theme.

We have been a Product Customizer client/user for 8 years now. Our entire business is based on custom names, addresses, graphics, etc. to laser engrave and embroider on a wide variety of luggage and equipment tags. In those 8 years, we have only had to reach out 3 times, the latest happened this weekend when we updated our store theme to the latest version. The team quickly responded with a solution and stayed in communication the whole time - allowing us to test and publish our update. Highly recommend! Thank you for the many years of great customer support.

"Product Options & Customizer" has been a total game-changer for our Shopify store! It's like having a magic wand for product customization. The customer support team is like having friendly wizards on standby.

I highly recommend this app if you are looking to add multiple variations and selections for your items. It does take a little finesse to figure out the technique to getting your variations and conditional logic set up to exactly how you want it, however their customer service chat feature is extremely helpful, and the agents are very helpful. I have not hesitated to reach out to them when I needed assistance and had questions.

Good APP. Solve my problem quickly.
