Customer service for this app is incredible. I needed a couple things moved around on my site, and customer service fixed it within 5 mins. I love how to customization also fits my theme. A lot of other apps completely tweaked the entire product page so it did not fit the theme

Ive had this app for over two years and it always gave me issues. Sometimes it doesn’t record the options that cost more and that cause issues with my customers. I would have to manually send my clients invoices or they would just cancel the order. Its crashed multiple times and is a hassle to use. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Customer Service was beyond my expectations, I would definitely rate them a 10+. I would highly recommend this to others.

Great app, nice to be able to be able to have products where you have to enter in dates. Some of the other apps I noticed doesn't have that option.

Excellent plug-in for Shopify!! Beyond excellent customer service. The app functions perfectly in my store. The company reached out numerous times to ensure I was up and running and got it going for me within minutes. Highly recommend

5 star customer service. But, if you have a Shopify 2.0 theme be aware there are glitches in the cart that they cannot rectify. The cart visibly updates and loops and displays a crossed ruler and pencil with the app name, visible to the customer for seconds (I took a screenshot). Was told they are aware and working on this with no date for the fix. I spent hours working on product variants before realizing this glitch that I could not live with. You can also not use the drawer cart style with this app at all. Aman was very helpful with customizing the app otherwise. There should be a disclaimer about this glitch and Shopify 2.0 themes before Shopify merchants upload this app to their sites.

Great app, better customer support. Easy to integrate. Used to add aesthetic drop down menus for customizing products. 10/10!

Great customer service. Technical support is excellent. There is a little shortcoming that some minor problems need to be solved by contacting customer service, rather than perfect from the beginning.

I have downloaded this today and so far so good. I have used the FREE option for now as I only have 1 product that needs personalisation through Shopify. I was being a bit blonde and needed tech support, they were fab, helped out instantly and got me up and running in no time.

Support team was very helpful :), had a code issue with my theme of my store and within 5 minutes they fixed my issue which helped me considerably.

I love my product customizer app. I have been using it for over a year and its perfect for my handmade business. Customer service is top notch. Whenever I have an issue they quickly get back to me and fix any issues I have.

App was a little hard to get up and running, but I contacted support and they set it up for me. Have gotten an order since then and the app seems to be working!

We have been using this app for a long time, and it has been great. Today, I was having an issue with an image not showing up correctly, and Shevaughn resolved it for me. I really appreciated the quick response and helping me find a solution. Thank you, Shevaughn! Update 4/19/23- we have been using this app for about 5 years on both of our websites. We use it to customize our product with embroidery and gift wrap. We recently updated our theme and had to also do some changes to our customizations. Shevaughn was great again with helping us do that. He has been a huge help. We highly recommend this app and this company. Customer service is excellent!

Product is great and the support from Sheniel was fantastic. She spent time making sure the product options were exactly what I wanted and solved all my problems. Couldn't speak highly enough of the whole experience.

awesome app, it easily solves a function that shopify hasn't implemented. The assistance service is very fast. Recommended After every theme update, they give immediate assistance, even at night

Had exactly what I needed - couldn't figure out my Font Picker, customer support fixed it for me within an hour of contacting them. I only need this for a single product so it's completely FREE.
