Had a great customer service experience today. We just upgraded our theme and had an issue with the Product Options & Customizer app which we've been using for several years now. Opened the chat on their site and they had it solved for us in 5 minutes. Doesn't get better than that. Thanks. Update: had another small issue today and once again, 5 minutes and all fixed. Thanks again!

A great app for all those is product customization business. I am more than pleased with level of professional assistance from the team. Their response is timely and always go an extra mile to answer your query. The upload of the images into Shopify is seamless when using this app.

The app is great, and I actually encountered a few issues and the team helped me right away. they even stayed with me in the chat for hours until all my issues are solved, and made some unique adjustments just for me without charging me a penny. The guy who helped me called "Deepanjoy", if you have him on chat, you are in a great hands.

Great app, it was easy to set up, and all necessary customizations in place in no time. The tutorials are easy to follow and the process is painless. I did require the help of the team, as an update to the theme broke the configuration. Manage to have the store back online with the customizations in place in no time.

Super helpful customer service. Shevaughn was amazing. Only downside is the free version only includes one product to be customized.

We use this app to allow our customers to add personalisation to some of products. It works really well and is easy to set up and use. We have only needed tech support once so far and the team were super quick to reply and sorted the issue for us straight away.
