I tried a few other apps but they just werent meeting my needs.This is when i downloaded this app. I cant recommend it enough as i can add in any product option i need. it has solved all my problems for my site. I also cant recommend the live chat tech support enough, Shevaughn was very friendly and helpful and helped me solve my problem in under 20 minutes.

My name is Shahar, I'm using the Product Customizer app for 5 years with my website. Now I created another website and needed some technical support. It was easy to schedule a meeting at my time We started the meeting at the selected time by "Microsoft Teams", it took for Shevaughn and me to solve the issue in a few minutes. Shevaughn was so patient with me during the meeting and super professional! it gives confidence to know there is an excellent service and technical support, this is so important. Thank you Shevaughn and Product Customer team for an excellent app and support.

It is a great app, and I am shocked that the team decided to have a free plan for such a great app, I did run into problems with my theme but the support team was super helpful and also responded to all my messages way faster than expected. Great Product, Would recommend. But, as a little heads up, You do need to have a Shopify store 2.0 theme for it to work!

Ive tried several apps for weeks and always stumbled with issues, this one has been the best so far, definitely sticking with it and they have the quickest customer support! Deepanjoy helped me witha minor issue within minutes and my store is ready to launch!!!

I have been using this app since I first started using Shopify, so since 2015 IIRC. It is perfect for highly customizable with many variations and, best of all, live chat tech support is FANTASTIC!! Last week I updated to a 2.0 theme and had no idea product customizer wasn't working ... not until I started looking at orders and realized there was no customization data present. I submitted as many screenshots as I could of all my efforts to fix the problem, created a staff account, and the Product Customizer team got everything working again within minutes. I'm so relieved! Thank you so much :)

Works really well for what I use it for. Had issues when I updated to 2.0, but they were very quick to fix it. All good so far! Great support as always!

Your app has been frequently experiencing errors recently. This is the third time it has malfunctioned. The support team does not seem to understand the issue, even though I have explained it in detail. The chat window was closed before our conversation was concluded

This is 100 the BEST Product Options & Customizer App! Very easy to setup and user friendly layout. The tech support team was also amazing. I needed some help with my shop's custom options and they were so quick to respond I was impressed and the service was so outstanding. Highly recommend this app for any product options and customization!

Although it has been a little challenging figuring things out Shevaughn at customer service has helped me to fix the things I need to fix to give my customers the best shopping experience possible.

New to the app, very happy with the options provided and most of all the customer service. Both Nicoz and Shev were able to guide me step by step to install new features to my website and made a huge task feel quick, simple and easy to learn. App is well-designed, but not intuitive to setup initially. Also, discovered a terrible bug that causes massive multiplicative cart checkout totals when adding the option with Product Customizer to the cart. Unfortunately, you are blaming this on a recent update with Shopify, but Shopify is saying to speak to you as the vendor. I am not used to getting this runaround. This is a critical issue that is preventing us from making sales in Canadian (CAD) dollars. We had just released our product and we have this less than ideal experience with Product Customizer, which is a shame :-(. We have 8 days left on the trial, and so far not a good experience. We really wanted this to work.

Really great app that does exactly what you want it to! The support team are so responsive and helpful should you get stuck or confused! Easy to use, easy to customize, fantastic for your store

Amazing Support

Although the app unfortunately did not work for my store as it doesn't allow dynamic pricing, the customer service, and Aman particularly, was incredible. So extremely happy to help and always there to reply to questions. That in itself makes the experience so much better.
