Very bad service When setting the price, they wrote "Your profit is $ 10", as a result, my profit turned out to be -1.68 $ due to delivery and taxes. Thank you for not warning

It's great. Fast, reliable... Only thing is, when I add 3 or more t-shirts in a short period of time it takes a few hours to upload the. Can you please fix it

This app integration with Shopify was so easy and I enjoyed the fact that it had step by step directions when setting up your store.

J'aurais pu mettre la 5e étoiles mais par le prix des articles on ne ramasse pas grand choses, je n'ai pas encore tester la qualité pour vraiment en faire un rapport mais je me corrigerais si réellement le rapport qualité prix est là.

I really like the competitive price and quality of the print on demand items. The app is very easy to integrate products online and just a click to fulfillment. It offers free designs for beginners and i really enjoy their youtube contents which is very nicely explained. I would highly recommend printiful to everyone. Highly recommended.

Overall works pretty good. So far I haven't had any issue pushing devices to my store, and submitting products via the Printful dashboard lets me add the proper categories/collections and tags so that way the smart collections/tags that I created will automatically filter to the appropriate header menus (such as Tops > All-Over Hoodies) without any extra effort. I'll update a few months from now after my vaporwave/80s/90s apparel store actual launches. Thanks!

It is simple and easy to use. The synchronization between Printfull and my shop Shopify is just excellent.it's easy to find your way around and adding a product is the easiest thing to do. Large items to choose from. Easy to apply creative designs. If I had an issue they have been quick to sort it out and point me in the right direction! Within 15 minutes I already knew how to add a product. Moreover the FAQ is complete and in case of doubt you will find everything in this FAQ.

By far the best POD app and business to work with. Using the Printful platform gives you a central hub to navigate and maintain all your Shopify stores in one place. Printful offers stellar customer service, training, and anything else you need to get your POD service running. Printful also is constantly updating and adding new features such as mockups for your designs etc. Great app! 100% Recommend!

I would not recommend this app. Printful supposedly inspects the items prior to shipment, but in my case it does not appear that was done. Had a customer not reached out to me it would have cost me more money to correct future orders. I reached out to printful and they refuse to provide refunds for the orders affected. The graphic had a white line to the right of the design which if quality reviewed they would have known that it was obviously not apart of the design. Customer service seems to stick to a script and does not seem to look at the bigger picture when it comes to making things right. They have certainly lost any potential business I could have sent their way. I wish I could post an image of my tee here... Update 3/3/2020 Zana reached out to me and made amends. “Hi there, Thank you for your response! Thank you for confirming the orders! I have processed refunds for the affected items in these orders and you will find them in your Billing section in Printful (Printful dashboard -> Billing). You can either withdraw the money from the wallet or keep it as account balance toward the next orders.”
