Super easy to use. Fast syncing. Great support. 2 years later I am still loving it. Quality is awesome and customer service is always available.

Ridiculously slow! Fulfilment and delivery up to one month! That will hurt anyones business as no-one want's to wait that long for their product. Sure, they'll tell you that fulfilment is within 2-7 business days, but we have already waited 5 days without anything happening to our order. Add 2-7 business day for the fulfilment and then the delivery time on top of that, and we'll have lost a repeat customer! REPLY TO PRINTFUL: The order was placed on the 5th March. We were then given an estimated fulfilment time from 10th - 17th March plus shipping time of 3-4 business days on top. So 5 days just waiting, then up to another 7 days in production plus 3-4 business days for delivery. That means the customer had to wait up to 20 days for their product. It's the initial 5 days where nothing happens that's the real problem here.

For me printful really works well. It is up to you to make sure you choose the right product(s), that way you will also feel like you get the best service. Don't go for the cheapest stuff, choose quality. All my orders have been processed and shipped out within 3 working days and my customers up till now are all happy with the product. I am very satisfied with their customer service at the moment. The only criticism I have at the moment is maybe their pricing, especially for the inside labels which is almost 2,50 per t-shirt. Because of this I am forced to ask quite a bit for my shirts to be able to make a decent profit with some wiggle room for discounts 'n stuff.

I love it. Very good designs and it's easy to integrate. I also like their prices. I looked at some other companies before I used this one and I didn't like any of them. So I'm glad I found Printful.

The process of opening my own print on demand online store has been fun and easy on Printful. The tools are powerful and the dashboard is intuitive. I plan to use this site much more to expand.

I have just started using it, and find it to be interesting and the help line is fast and helpful. Looking forward to a grant venture with Printful

Tip, for multiples of the same style, create a description and size chart snippet and render them in a for loop on the product template based on tags

Useful and brilliant integration. Easy to navigate and effortless to upload. Recommended as my p-o-d service.

They used to be very fast sending the products from 1 to 3 days now they take a week to send the orders to any store that is respected absolutely this processing time is unacceptable, very satisfactory company change with SPOD more than 20 daily shipments the same day every day.

Super fast and easy. It does exactly what should do, and in some cases exceed my expectations. I recommend it to anyone involved in print on demand.

Please STOP using the DHL service for shipping packages! They are the worse people to use for anything! One package gets sent USPS and the other DHL. Just use the USPS and it arrives on time. The USPS was sent 2 day after the DHS and the USPS arrives last week and the DHL is no where to be seen!!! 1-10-2020: Nice rapid response on all my orders from yesterday. Thank you kindly! Works like a charm as far as i can see. Integrates really good with the shopify site and quite seamless.

The quality of print is amazing. Shipping times are amazing. Recommend this app for anyone thinking of doing custom items.

I don't really know what I'm doing yet but I think I've managed to add my first 2 products, as the process is so intuitive and user friendly. Nervous but excited to progress. So far loving the app.

Everything runs so smoothly and if you have questions Printful answers them quickly. Printful offers a great variety of products and it helps to make my product look professional and of great quality.

I am currently ordering samples to determine the quality of these printed products. I do like the quality I have seen thus far, however I am not impressed with the number of times the sample orders I have placed have been out of stock. 1 of the items was out of stock for an indefinite period of time so in response, they cancelled my order (which I was not aware of). Since you only get a limit of 6 items at a sample price per month, I carefully selected which products would make up those 6. As a result of it being out of stock post purchase, I only was able to purchase 5 at the sample price and was told to purchase it again the following month which would take up 1 of the 6 I am allocated for the following month. Additionally, I was also only refunded for the product and not the extra shipping I paid for this product. I am very disappointed by the level of customer support I have received when I addressed these issues through their chat function.

I've used Printful for 4 years and while their Shopify integration and online interface is top notch, easy to use and far superior to their competitors, their products and service are a mixed bag. You definitely have to test individual items and stay on top of every order. Some things, like their unframed prints, are great. Other things, like their shirts, are not a quality I could comfortably charge anyone money for. Still others, like hats, are sometimes great, and sometimes bad. Their biggest struggles seem to be customer service and shipping, which have gone drastically downhill in the last year. Customer service, if for anything more than a replacement for a faulty order, often seems to have language issues in understanding details and situations, leading to days of back and forth before getting resolved or given up. Packages often take longer to deliver and seem to disappear for a day or two in the midst of tracking their progress, especially since they have switched to DHL. Orders from California are almost always good, those from North Carolina often seem to have more problems. When an order arrives faulty, they do make it up quickly with a replacement or refund. That said, these are the big guys with tons of customers. They've been around longer than their competitors and aren't going anywhere, but it feels like they keep growing and somehow never get over their growing pains. They aren't awful; they're worth using, but be sure to test each product first, and don't rely on them as your only product source.
