Logged in to Printful found a notification that some products require a P65 warning in California. I was told We are to add it to the products. How am I supposed to know what chemical they use in the items ahead of time? Second Why don't they just update the templates to accommodate this issue. Very frustrating. I am considering other options. Items I have received are good quality.

I use Printful in another e-commerce business I began in 2017. When I wanted to start a new brand, but had little start-up capital to use, I decided to try Shopify + Printful. I've built a meaningful brand, always knowing that Printful has great quality products, high standards for quality assurance, and always has my back when any issues with an order arises. Just follow Printful's guidelines & you should never have any problems.

The website is not user friendly at all. When I get to the step where I am putting a design on a shirt it is not practical or simple in any way mostly because I cannot enlarge the page. Even getting to that point is difficult to navigate. I asked about that as well as how to find which products are made in the USA. I only ever received responses with links that were not helpful as an aswer to questions like "when I filter made in USA only two women's tshirts show up. Is that really all that is available?" Their answer was the same as when I asked the general question of if they carry products made in the USA. I then responded I was not willing to work with a company that uses robots to reply. The responded with : "We are sorry you feel that way, have a great day!" Anyone who says they have great ustomer service i completely disagree with. I already deleted this horrible app.

Terrific. I love the fact that you can edit a product in the generator after it is created. This is far better than any other apparel mockup generator that I have use.

I use this app to help with displaying my art in various ways. It is easy to use and they provide quality products. The only improvement suggestion that I have is if the shipping cost was also noted with the product cost. It would streamline determining cost to the customer process.

I have great experience with Printful. They have great support service. Offer a lot of options to perform creative ideas without an extra costs. Definitely advise them as a partner.

To date, every interaction that I have had with Printful has been positive and professional. I even visited the physical factory when in Los Angeles two weeks ago. I feel very confident that they will send out a product that makes me proud. Their integration with Amazon is excellent and they coach you through it with excellent videos that anticipate the tricky parts so that you feel prepared. In addition to that their chat box customer service had never disappointed me. I am so grateful to have found Printful. They are excellent at what they do.

I just really like the ease of use for the app. As a beginner it makes it easier to build my business from the ground up with very little hassle.

I use the app to integrate with my shopify shopify shop it is easy to work with and very helpful.

As a newbie to this entire system of dropshipping and print on demand, Printful and Shopify have been a blessing! Although far from being a pro, I find their integrated platforms very easy to navigate. Highly recommend this app to all!

Properly the best print-on-demand company out there, trying to do the absolute best for their clients and their customers. I love that you can add a personal packing slip message. I hope for faster shipping in the future to Denmark. I will highly recommend Printful for anybody who is thinking about starting a print-on-demand store online.

Very easy to use. Love the new products that we can add to our store with the click of a botton. Adding products every day.

It really is a good app It covers a lot of items there's a couple pretty major items that I would like to see that make it hard to only go through them but they cover a lot of products they have a lot of helpful things on the site also. I'll definitely recommend them to other people. My only thing now is the prices they're a little bit high on some things but they do most of the work so it's not much to complain about just not a lot of profit margin you need to sell a lot or price your items extremely high. All in all though I think it's a great company great business they give you a lot of tools to help you get on your way more than some of the other ones I've seen.

This app is very easy to use and has a lot of products. Has everything I need to begin my business.

Terrible. I just made a sample order and the estimated shipping time they gave me was completely different after I checked out. Then I messaged someone about the issue and was told " I see, thanks for reaching out. Have a great day." Very rude and smartass employee. Terrible customer service and I will never order refer or order from them again. Shipping times are not what they claim to be!

After testing out several other vendors, Printful was the most streamline. I only wish they had more products specifically pocket leggings, distressed trucker hats, pet bandanas, sports bras, 3" womens workout shorts.

I've found Printful to be brilliant in terms of ease of use and the consistent quality of their finished garments. I recently had to make use of their support team due to my doing something a bit silly on the login side of things with a new device, and Anna P went above and beyond in working with their developers to sort this out for me. Anna kept me informed throughout and they helped me while also being extremely conscientious of security all the way through - very reassuring. It's often at the support level where companies lose their good graces, but this experience has only made me love Printful even more. Thanks Anna P - hope your manager hears my feedback :)

I am very happy everything is very easy and simple I am not a professional in this but I managed to understand everything very quickly

Got my first products into shopify from Printful. It was a much easier integration than all the other apps that I tried to use. Easy to design my own products as well using my own logo and photos.
