This Company has gone so far! Witch as made my designs and personal clothing line go just as far! I never though it would be so simple to create a casual clothing line. Everything I have suggested to them has be either done or created. I'm so happy to have found this company! Keep up the great work!

I expected a better informative process of their production. They vary information to benefit the process in which they work. No interface to clearly state information to clients who are waiting 2 or more weeks on fulfillment. Needs to get a situation where they are able to inform clients of delays and also consumer.

I used this app to provide the basis of my online store. Countless options and tutorials that make this really easy and effective to use.

I wish the design would automatically push to several surfaces, but otherwise this is a miracle! File upload it easy, customer support is awesome and the products look great. I can't say for sure whether or not they are quality, but I will be ordering samples soon!

Excellent service and very easy to use their app. I would recommend this Printful to anyone because of the quality and the App is very easy to integrate into Shopify Store.

The integration with my shop is perfect. Also, the product mockups make a big difference.

If I could give this no stars I would! This company has a very user friendly website and is much better than the order apps on here, BUT.... holy sh*t is the print bad! Every time they have printed something for me, it's been wrong. When I contact them about the problem they are VERY fast to turn it around on me and point the finger at me. I've been a graphic designer for 5+ years now with printing expirance and I know how to size my art onto clothing. Yet every time an order is printed the logo on the fron is way off and the back logo is super small. Dealing with all these problems has resulted in me looking bad and having nothing but complaints from customers that are spending their hard earned money with me. NOT HOW YOU WANT TO GO OUT IN THE FIRST MONTH OF OPENING. Printful needs to own up to their problem and make things right.

Edit: Had to change to a 1 star review. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experiences. Would absolutely not recommend using Printful for your business. I was really excited to use this app for my online shop, but I've had some bad experiences with my test orders. The customer service can be a bit rude and it feels like they do not read your messages at all before sending a standard reply that does not answer your questions. I'm afraid I'm gonna have to look for a different print on demand service.

This is a wonderful app, it works well and the integration is very smooth. Thank you very much to the team.

Very flexible for a newbie. I have had my questions answered through chat. One improvement suggestion is while on chat to have it follow you through changing screens.

Greedy people with overpriced products and decent service. I don't recommend you guys to use this platform all you gonna get is few pennies of profit and everything goes to Printful.

I used this app to help me stock my online store with quality products and great mockups to help display my original designs. This app helps me build a store that looks good!

Really easy to use and set up, set my store up really quickly. I like that the product images are high quality, that being said I didn't enjoy the fact that designing a hat with a design on the front only imports front images of the hat when realistically, the customer would want to see the hat from more angles regardless of whether the hat had a design on the back.

Create a store its great tech highly suggest carnt wait to setup and keep creating with my soldering iron

this app is easy to use and surely I enjoy using it. It would be great if able to add one more artworks on product while designing.

The installation and integration with Shopify is easy and without any problems. However, the waiting times for fulfillment and shipping is WAY too long (5- 7 working days for fulfillment and another 6 days for delivery) you can forget the 2-4 days for fulfillment as it seems the maximum is the norm. If you sell in Germany after a week of waiting the customer will most likely cancel the order and request a refund as he /she would perceive your shop as a fraud, will not buy in your store again and will leave a negative feedback. German customers will simply not accept to wait 2 weeks for their product to be delivered. Add to that public holidays and you can end up with almost 3 weeks of delivery times. That's a no-no in Germany.

It's great as of now, I'm new to Printful, so far so good. It's easy to use, but I had a hard time at first navigating between Printful and Shopify, but after a few hours, a lot of reading and training videos, I got it.

Seamless, quick installation and connection. Excellent product synchronization. Highly recommended.
