Great app! Customer survice is amazing. Some features did not work well when we set it up, but the customer representative team was super helpful!

This app works great, and the customer service was almost instantaneous. They walked me through exactly how to set it up. 10/10 recommend!

App is super easy to use, check out the Youtube video they provide it walks you through all the steps. I ran into a bump and reached out to customer support they solved it in LITERALLY 2 mins special shoutout to Amandeep for the quick support!! Thank you again!

Update July 8th, 2022 . Extremely frustrating. Don't know what is going on with this company - it is like they no longer care. Reported a problem 8 days ago ( notifications do not work) and they could not care less. I have spent hours in the past week repeating the same info to two different members of their customer service then it just gets forgotten about. They don't even bother responding now. In short - the new notification feature does not work and their customer service has become nonexistent with zero follow-up and zero communication with us about any progress. If we treated our customers like this we would be crucified by poor reviews. If you have a problem - dont expect to get much help. Review April 2022 Great App that just works without any trouble. Nicoz & Josh have provided excellent and prompt customer service. The App also is good and we have been using it successfully for the past 6 months.

This app has been a great addition to my online shop, as now I am able to offer pre-orders to my customers on items that have been sold out numerous times. In turn, this helps reduce possible missed sales from a customer seeing an "out of stock" tag on an item & them being unaware of a restock. I had a few issues when trying to get everything in order on my own, but Amandeep from customer support was able to get everything in order. Amandeep was extremely helpful & patient with me when I had no idea what I was really doing. They even went as far as saying they would fix things up for me & reach out when everything was set, just in case I had other things I need to do. Now I'm all set for a launch of pre-order products! Honestly, if you need a pre-order app with good customer service, then I recommend this one 100%.

The app works. My theme was causing a problem with mixed stores. But Amandeep helped me figure out the cause of the issue and brainstormed a work around to fix my store quickly while I work on the backend later to fix the underlying issues. Top notch service!

Does exactly what it promises to do -- takes pre-orders with differing deposit amounts through customers' credit cards. Simple to implement. Great customer/technical support.

Customer support was quick (under a minute to get back with me) and helped me in a situation that seemed difficult but they made it easy to understand!

BEWARE - I downloaded this and it immediately went live on the site downloading content onto pages without initial consent. I figured out how to fix it. But then when I added the pre-order stuff to a product it took down my whole site for an hour. I uninstalled it and deleted it and everything is back to normal. Missed a couple hundred in sales.

I used this app to pre-sale our pre-workout product. It's been great! When I needed help Vlad was there and willing!

This app is very well done - it has easy interface and great customer support. it helps to save lost sales on out of stock items.

Not happy, at first the customer service was exceptional. All our problems were immediately addressed. It's 3 weeks that we keep on getting ignored or replied to with the same template reply "we will have our dev team look into the issue". Not acceptable!!!

I was excited to start pre-order for one of my new products but was having an issue with it working on my website. Customer support was able to resolve the issue with lightning speed and I am SO GRATEFUL!

I needed some help with finishing setup, but it looked like I would have had to have waited 2 days for a response. Thankfully someone saw and I was able to get help pretty quickly and the issue was resolved in just a couple of minutes!

Great plugin but even better customer support! Had a major issue from switching themes that was causing a conflict. Their support team was able to identify the issue and resolve it within the same day. A+++

Having pre-order functionality is SO helpful for a small business like mine - either to validate a new idea or to make sure I don't have to make a large amount of stock which I might not sell. The support is also great - when I had trouble setting up the pre-order badge, Jorge fixed it for me instantly. Highly recommended.

It is a great app with a feature to put your products on Preorder and also some extra features for better operations. Their support team was also quick to configure this app on our theme.

I am only rating 4 stars because I just starting using the app and so far so good. I'll return with an updated review
