Customer Support is super fast and AWESOME! Nicoz had my issue remedied within a couple minutes of sending my request. Lots of flexibility in this app and works well for our needs.

Wow! I just started my free trail and Jorge helped me set up the configurations. I literally shared with him which items I would like to add for pre-sale and he effectively synced my store to the app. His responses were quick and he never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. this app does what it is designed to do well! Their customer service is really top notch too! I couldn't get my button to work properly and shot a message to them and it was fixed in a minute or so.

I used this app to support my pre-sale - I used their "preorder now" button and automated emails to let customers know their preorder was received (you do need to pay for that but it's $5 for 100 emails, which I think is very worth it). It was easy to use and was perfect for my needs. Their support was really responsive as well with any questions I had.

The app interferes with the website's code and negatively affected the website performance on mobile devices, as tested on pagespeed insights. The support was indifferent to the problem, didn't understand and didn't care to solve the issue.
