this app works as advertised. Easy setup and the support is phenomenal. I used the chat support window, stepped away for about an hour and when I came back my issue was fixed. man, if all app vendors were like this I would be in a dream. I am looking for an pre-order app for my store and somebody suggested this app to me. It is easy to use and the support from Rasheem is wonderful! However there is no function to apply pre-order to all products or a group of products yet so with my store (more than 1000 products), I feel hard to click "enable pre-order" to each single product. Anyway, highly recommend if your store dont have too many products like mine.

I used this app to continue to sell on preorder while I was out of stock and it worked perfectly. Support was also very quick to respond to questions.

Great app for basic pre-orders. Lacking a little on functionality and on configuration details for the buttons and badges etc.. but serves the purpose for now.

Customer support is amazing. They helped make sure that everything was completed and ready for my customers to start purchasing my product.

My problem with this app is when I set up a default setting it won't apply to all products and I have to save it one by one for each product.

Dommage que l’application ne soit pas disponible en français. je n’ai pas pu paramétrer le bouton de précommande moi même, il a fallu que je contacte le support. Cela dit, la personne qui m’a aidé à régler le problème m’a très bien accueilli et bien aidé. Je mets donc 5 étoiles car l’aide apportée vaut au moins ça mais mon expérience avec pre-order now débute à peine, j’espère que par la suite je n’aurai plus à contacter le support.

I really wish they had a way to not allow mixed carts. The customer service team was great fast help and friendly as all got out. Just add that feature, please!!!! Otherwise outstanding.

Great app, simple and effective for offering pre-orders. We use this as a way to offer our customers early access to products that haven't landed in our warehouse yet. Support is always top notch, quick responses and really competent help

This app has been great for our store! Due to supply chain delays we have had to launch presales for our product collections, this app has made this super easy to use. Communication with the developers is fast! We really appreciate how this app makes it very clear to our customers that an item is on preorder, and when they can expect for it to ship.
