Fantastic app which has generated hundreds of sales over the years we have used it, the customer support is incredible. Update, more customer support required and was resolved instantly for small styling changes to our website.

The guys are normally pretty responsive to requests. I recently had an issue with the new product functionality not working for 24 hours, but it turns out it was an upgrade failing at Shopify's end. Not their fault but communication could have been better. An extras star held back for when that improves!

We use many different apps along with this app. When you fix one glitch from one app, you have to fix another glitch from another app. So I value quick and accurate support when I choose the app. Pre-order now app is not only bring great conversion rate but offer great customer support. Exceptional customer service- fast response, very clear, and straight to the point. Good customer service goes really far so if your deciding between two apps, I recommend this one. Also in general, it has all the necessary features I need for product launches and restock plus, I've noticed they are constantly adding and adapting the app along the way to make our user experience better and increase sales.

I am using this app to sell more, and inform my customers of longer delivery. The support is awesome, made custom code for my site so it fits - really nice. Had some more custom code, and the support was there instant and helped me out. Would recommend Website On-Demand to anyone else thats want to sell more! :)

We use this app on two of our stores and have been very satisfied with it. Customer service is responsive and very helpful if you have any issues with the app. We've tried several other pre-order apps in the past three years and this one is the one that best meets our needs at a pricepoint which is very accessible.

So far, we really like this app! It definitely looks a lot better to say "Pre-Order" vs "Out of Stock". They customized it to match our store theme. The tech support is super fast, friendly, and helpful!

Excellent support from Nicoz, app however is slow and fairly convoluted to use. Did the trick for short term needs.
