This app is very useful to create discounts in a way that Shopify doesn't allow out of the box. The only drawback is that since it uses Draft Orders, you cannot combine the discounts from the app with an automatic discount (for example a BOGOF) from Shopify. Their support is excellent. A particular mention for Aman from their support. He is great!

The app is very helpful, and customer service was OUTSTANDING. Upon asking a question, the response was really fast, and the agent had complete knowledge of the platform and software. They explained clearly how it worked and helped us find the best options moving forward so that our clients would have clarity when making purchases through the Preorder Now app. Thank you!

I used this app to pre-sell some clothing I had manufacturing. It was easy to set up, and now my factory order is practically paid for before the clothes are here. Awesome!!! I did have one technical hiccup which support fixed super quickly with excellent communication. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have recently installed this app to help deal with pre-selling bikes. I also setup the partial payment system. Whilst the User interface is a little raw the online help is awesome. They fixed up the styling of the popup's and buttons and have been super responsive to any questions. This is a great app! We previously had customers upset that they didn't see our out of stock line in the description. This is much harder to miss and it happens automatically! Great support for any issues that may arise. I needed help today and Aman fixed my issue in 2 minutes.

This app allows me to set pre-order rules but I'm having trouble with creating them at a variant level, however Nicoz's super friendly (and fast) customer support is excellent.

This app is pretty good but the customer care is fantastic. Ultimately, with so many themes available there is always a possibility that an app like this won't work out of the box but with responsive support who are willing to dive into the code immediately to fix the issues, these problems are nothing to worry about.

I had some issues with my Pre-Order button not popping up on my products. I decided to use the live customer chat and got greeted by Aman. He was nothing short of amazing and walked me thru some trouble shooting and I was able to get the Pre-Order button working again. Super helpful customer support.

The app (email customer portion) stopped working after about one month of use and customer support is too slow to respond. Edit: 8/17. It still does not work and customer service has no idea how to solve the issue.

Rashem and Aman and the support team were a big help on integration for our site. Great support and app ! Keep it up!

Really difficult to use and poor design. Way too complicated for such a simple task as just making a pre-order option for a product.
